從學生時代就加入 Toastmasters，至今超過 18 年的經驗與熱忱，見證了他在自我蛻變上的堅持與光芒。
🔹 Joanna Lee 李蕙娟
退休英文教師，依然選擇站在這個舞台上持續學習與分享，讓生命的光芒不斷延伸。
🔹 Gloria Chen 陳凰櫻
2022–2023 年台灣 Toastmasters 總會長、優秀企業家，將與你分享她如何在領導與表達中發現不一樣的自己。

Julian, 2024–2025 President of GTD Taiwan Toastmasters, is committed to building a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Under his leadership, GTD Club rose from the brink of disbandment to become one of the most vibrant and respected clubs in the district — a true home for passionate speakers!

Ⓜ️ Isa Liang

Currently serving as Vice President of Education at NCCU Toastmasters, Isa joined the club 8 months ago and has since become a driving force in promoting speech opportunities on campus. She’s a sophomore majoring in Spanish in the Department of European Languages and Cultures.

“Toastmasters has not only helped me improve my English and public speaking skills, but also introduced me to amazing new friends. Most importantly, it’s helped me become more active and open to trying new things.”

Livia is currently serving as Vice President of Public Relations (VPPR) in NCCU Toastmasters.

Scott is a passionate Toastmaster and visionary leader who believes Talent, Tenacity, and Trust are key to building Toastopia — a thriving, empowering community.

Toastmasters has shaped his journey, helping him grow as both a communicator and a catalyst for others through speeches, evaluations, and leadership roles.

🍞With a background in organizational change, digital transformation, and talent development, Scott brings insights from the tech, consulting, and nonprofit sectors to Toastmasters Taiwan.

He envisions a Taiwanese impact-driven community where professionals unite to spark ideas, support each other, and foster influence through communication, collaboration, and creativity.

Ⓜ️ Kris Jou

Kris is now in his 18th month at GTD Toastmasters and serves as the club’s dedicated publicity officer.

Working as a motion designer and video editor, Toastmasters has become an arena where he shares his passion for public speaking.

This year marks Doris’s fifth year in Toastmasters. She began her journey in a campus club, poured her heart into a corporate club, and gained valuable experience from a community club.

Through Toastmasters, she discovered both joy and personal growth, and hopes everyone can find their voice here too.

Starting this July, she will take on the role of Division C Director, and she’s excited to meet more passionate individuals and grow together. 🌟

Ⓜ️ 公開場活動主持人 Open House Host - Joseph Tsai

Currently serving as the Vice President of Education at EYT Toastmasters, Joseph joined Toastmasters about 18 months ago, and has already become a driving force in his club.

Professionally, he works as a consultant, conducting financial due diligence for M&A projects across various industries.

Jonathan will guide participants through the exciting “Experience Table Topics” session—a fun, low-pressure opportunity to practice impromptu speaking.

He is the 2024–2025 President of Prestige Toastmasters and proudly earned 2nd Place in the 2025 D67 International Speech Contest, standing out among Taiwan’s best.

Jonathan previously served as Area M2 Director (2021–2022) and is known for his eloquence, leadership, and infectious enthusiasm on stage.

Ⓜ️ 介紹國際演講會 Introducing Toastmasters - Ivan Lu

Ivan will introduce Toastmasters and what it can do for you!

He serves as Vice President of Membership (2022–2024) at GTD Taiwan Toastmasters and has hosted major training events, including the Annual Mandarin Education Workshop and Club Officer Training sessions.

Professionally, Ivan is a former high school math teacher with over 17 years of experience, now serving as a director at Cathay Life Insurance. He also acts as a union representative, board member, and Chief Digital Officer of his company’s labor union.

He enjoys connecting with people and is skilled in communication and problem-solving.
