曾經的我，面對三個人說話就會緊張、冒汗、腦袋一片空白
拿起麥克風？那更是想都不敢想
但現在的我，已經能主持上千人的場合

很多人以為，主持人天生就會講話
但你不知道的是——我以前是一名工程師
不擅表達、害怕上台、甚至不知道怎麼開口
一路走來，我才真正明白一件事：
表達能力，不是天生的
而是一次次願意開口、一次次願意站上台，慢慢累積出來的

完成華視主持人班的培訓後，我整理了自己這段路上最深的改變
