🎊 8/2 Day 18 🎊

Farewell Party. After giving the certificates, we had the "Best Photo Contest". Each photo reminds us of the lovely memories made in the past month. The champion went to David Caycedo and Cyril Cassel (so sweet 💗💗) And the the perfect team performance of the entire program went to group 4 (congratulation🎉🎉) Many loves and many thanks. We wish you all the best for your futures!

🌾 7/31 Day 17 🌾

We visited Yilan traditional art center in the morning, learning many stories behind craft arts and the making techniques. In the afternoon, we experienced the fulfillment of harvest and even made our own scallion pancakes (蔥油餅) yum 😋

🐟 7/30 Day 16 🐟
Today we visit Fataan wetland and experience the life of the aboriginal people. We catch many fish, make our own mochi, and even dance in their traditional custom~

🍢 7/29 Day 15 🍢

Our first day of the Taiwan experience started at Taroko National park. Though it rained and was so hot, we still got to peek at the beauty of the nature.

Professor Szu-Wei Chen shared a classical turntable with us today! And it's still functional! Let's take a closer look at this pure beauty!

💾 7/25 Day 13 💾

Today is our second company visit -- Gigabyte! We visited their assembly lines (wearing funny shoe covers 🤭) It's very different from Franze Collection. Gigabyte is an old company, producing mostly computer hardwares. However, both companies aim to create a sustainable environment and highly value innovation!

👥 7/23 Day 11 👥

Through several case studies, professor Kung analyzed the pros and cons of creating a platform and being a merchant. There is no standard about which is a better option. Under some situation, a platform may even transfer to a merchant.

Afterwards, each group combined what's taught in course into their business idea. Some wants to create a plant caring platform. Some are creating smart umbrellas and sold to retailers. More innovative ideas will be presented tomorrow. Can't wait!

Among Songshan Cultural and Creative Park are the heritages of cigarette factory, boiler house, and warehouses numbered 1 through 5. At the top of the warehouses the conveyor used for moving products is still in good shape. Moving around the buildings, it’s easy to imagine the former laborers hard at work making and packaging countless ci******es. What a trip!
