What do you practice this season, between Spring and Summer?
We will learn simple and practical Qigong exercises to strengthen and move Spleen/Stomach Qi. This is because due to the transition of season, our Spleen/Stomach Qi is the weakest. We might feel tired, drowsy, heaviness in the body. So we will practice simple and effective Qigong exercises to help strengthen our Qi and remove the dampness in our body to be ready for the next season. 🤸🦋🌷
