Many things can change as a result of yoga. In the picture you can see physical changes in my body. What you can't see is a change in mind/heart/attitude/lifestyle.

A huge change in my life is about to happen. I'm moving to Oman from Taiwan later this week. I want to say THANK YOU so much to all the yogis I've met in Taiwan and helped make my changes possible! I've called Taiwan home for the last 4 years and I'm really looking forward to the next chapter of my life and taking my yoga practice to a new place!

Here's a little something to think about in between yoga sessions....!
If you suffer from anxiety or depression then learning to identify emotional triggers is a key step in overcoming issues. It's definitely a work in progress but somethings that have been helpful for me:
1. Figure out what sets you off- Why are you feeling this way?
2. Write about how it makes you feel (Angry, sad, happy, etc)
3. Distract yourself- Do something! Do some yoga, go for a jog, take up knitting, learn a foreign language, bake some cookies. Giving yourself a new project will help.
4. Talk about it with your loved ones
5. Let it go- *Sung by Elsa* Don't allow people/negativity to live rent free in your head. Buddha said "Being angry is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die..." And my mom says "The best revenge is living a happy life". Listen to my mom (and Buddha) and don't allow negative thoughts to occupy your life.

As of now I won't have Thursday classes!

Pricing for Peacestreet Community Center classes:
5 classes for 1100NT (Valid 2 months) OR
10 classes for 2000NT (Valid 4 months )
Drop in rate: 250
(Reinstate expired classes for the price difference from drop in rate)

Outdoor classes at CKS: 200NT (First time 100NT)
