calcium 鈣

研究顯示食用過量化學型態的鈣補充品(一般也自稱為天然),會干擾使鐵、鎂、錳、鋅、銅、造骨磷的吸收不好。
Research has shown that a high intake of the chemical Calcium supplements (called natural) have been shown to negatively interfere with the absorption of Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Copper and bone building Phosphorus.
