皇家幼兒園的蒙特梭利教學宗旨是讓不同年齡的孩童能夠融洽地相處，並從中發展創造力、想像力與責任感，蒙特梭利課程的設計是要營造一個鼓勵孩童探索、發掘並發現方法來解決問題的環境。皇家幼兒園非常重視孩童在語言、音樂與藝術方面的發展，我們鼓勵孩子分享他們的想法、感受與點子並勇於創新。

Royal Montessori Kindergarten Education Model

◆主動探索學習:
孩子自己選擇工作，對自己的工作負責，每天練習規劃與做決定，知道自己喜歡什麼，有強烈的學習動機。
◆ Active exploration and learning:
Children choose their own work, take responsibility for their own work, practice planning and decision-making every day, know what they like, and have a strong motivation to learn.

◆混齡教學:
年紀大的孩子照顧年紀小的孩子，如同小型社會，工作中常有互動與討論，孩子們彼此學習，每位孩子都參與每位孩子的生命歷程。
◆ Mixed age education:
Older children take care of younger children in their own mini-society, children have good relationships amongst themselves, and there are regular interactions and discussions throughout the day. Every child is a part of every other child's life journey.

◆以孩子為中心:
老師觀察記錄孩子的學習過程，視孩子需求設計每個階段的工作，可以是單獨的工作，也可以是合作的工作。
◆ Child-centered:
Observe and record the child's learning process so that their work can be personlaized at each stage according to the child's needs. Children are given a variety of individual and cooperative work.


#情緒教育：
從認識情緒表情開始，覺察自己與他人的情緒，學習表達自己的感覺，培養孩子同理心以及體諒的心。
# Social and Emotional Learning:
Begin by recognizing emotional expressions. Be aware of both your own and others' emotions, learn to express your feelings, and cultivate empathy and understanding.


◆親師合作:
每天針對孩子的學習狀況當面溝通，每月發回工作袋，舉辦親職座談會與各項親子活動，視老師為園所與家庭教育的橋樑，強調親師合作的重要性。
◆ Parent-teacher cooperation:
We communicate face-to-face daily about each child's learning, send home a collection of their work every month, and host parent education workshops and various parent-child activities. We treat teachers as a bridge between the school and family, and emphasize the importance of commincation and cooperation between parents and teachers.

◆校外教學:
透過體驗式的活動，啟發孩子的感官經驗，豐富孩子的生活，開啟寬闊的眼界，建立生活的次序感與美感，每月舉辦校外教學，平日則安排校外健走與自然觀察。
◆ Off-campus education:
Through experiential learning activities off-campus, children's sensory experiences are inspired, children's lives are enriched, their horizons are opened, and a sense of order and beauty in life is established. Off-campus teaching is held every month, and off-campus walks and nature observation activities are arranged regularly on weekdays.

#環境教育：
透過節能減碳以及校外教學等實際活動，讓孩子體認到維護大自然與環境的重要性。

Develop an awareness of the importance of protecting our natural environment through practical activities, such as energy saving and carbon reducation strategies.

◆食農文化教育:
認識食物的原貌、來源，從產地到餐桌，透過實際種植照顧植物，參與食物製備的過程，了解土地與人類的關係，懂得感恩與惜福。
◆ Food and Agriculture Culture Education:
Understand where the food on their table comes from, plant and harvest real vegetables, participate in preparing and cooking food, understand our relationship with the land, and know how to be grateful and cherish our blessings.

# 性別教育：
透過繪本以及教學演示，認識兩性的異同與性別平等的意義。
# Gender Education:
Through picture books and teacher-led lectures, understand the similarities and differences between the sexes and the meaning of gender equality.

#安全教育：
透過教學演示以及逃生演練，學習保護自己、保護他人，培養安全意識與求救的能力。
# Safety education:
Through demonstrations and various safety drills, learn to protect yourself, protect others, and develop an awareness of safety precautions and procedures, as well as the ability to ask for help.

◆運動創意教學:
特聘專業體能和舞蹈律動老師，進行室內外體能遊戲和音樂律動遊戲。
◆ Physical education:
Hire professional physical fitness and dance teachers to play indoor and outdoor sports games and music rhythm games.

◆三語教學:
培養孩子對母語的熟悉與運用，英文的啟蒙與發展，強調英語、國語和台語在日常生活上的口語運用，透過實際說故事活動、團體討論等活動，培養孩子自信表達自我。
◆ Trilingual education:
Cultivate children's familiarity with and use of Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English by emphasizing the oral use in daily life, and building children's confidence in self-expression through practical storytelling activities, group discussions, and other activities.
