Step onto your campus with fresh eyes and tell its story through your lens. The English Total Immersion (ETI) and Chung Hua University Photography Competition invites university students from across Taiwan to capture the moments, spaces, and experiences that make university life unique.
This is more than a photography contest. It is a chance to express ideas, share perspectives, and communicate meaning through visual storytelling. At ETI, we believe language learning should be active, creative, and connected to real life. By combining photography with English, this competition creates a more holistic learning environment where students can develop both their artistic voice and their ability to communicate it in English.

Online Workshop: Critiquing Model Lessons for EMI Classrooms
Date: 25 March
This interactive workshop explores how lesson design can support both disciplinary understanding and language development in EMI classrooms.
Participants will examine and critique model lesson activities such as lesson hooks, visual teaching strategies, question-based learning, information gap activities, categorising and ranking tasks, and developing disciplinary definitions.
The session focuses on practical approaches that promote deeper conceptual understanding, student interaction, and effective language support in EMI contexts.
