The Mandarin Learning Center (文化大學華語中心, MLC) is devoted to the teaching of Mandarin Chinese as a second language. The MLC is an affiliate of the Chinese Culture University (CCU), one of the largest universities in Taiwan. Located in the downtown campus, the MLC is easily accessible and excellently equipped. Students have access to all the facilities of the learning re-sources including audio and video equipment and computers both in class and the library. Above all, new terms begin every month, allowing a degree of flexibility in enrollment that no other language institute can match. Official website:

📚 團體班每月皆有開班！

目前，持研習中文簽證（FR）的新生最快可報名 10/27 開課期數；無簽證需求者（如 ARC、免簽等）則可報名尚未開課且仍有名額的班期。

提醒持研習中文簽證的新生：由於簽證申請需要作業時間，請務必於報名截止日前完成報名及學費繳納，才能預留充足的時間辦理簽證。

團體班每月皆有開班，但各程度班名額有限，建議儘早報名，以免想報名的期數或班級額滿。如有任何問題，歡迎私訊我們！

📚 Group courses start every month!

The earliest available intake for new students applying for an FR Student Visa is October27. If you do not require a student visa (e.g. ARC holders or visa-exempt visitors), you may register for any upcoming course with available seats.

For new students applying for an FR Student Visa: Please complete your registration and tuition payment by the application deadline to allow enough time for the student visa application process.

As class sizes are limited, we recommend registering early. Feel free to DM us for the latest available intakes and class availability.
