２．涵蓋行動及結果：簡潔明瞭指出你的工作及成果
３．避免多餘文字：越簡明的結論讓人更清楚看到你的表現

When performance is better than the goal, forecast, target, expectations, use the language below. First option is to use verbs like “surpass”, “exceed”, or “outperform”. The second option is to use language to describe the performance to its relationship with the line (target, goal, etc.) like “end up higher than”.

當表現不如預期時，請用：“under” “below” “lower than”
避免使用過度負面的文字，例如：“failed”, “missed”, or “or did not achieve”
