NCCU Hosts a Historic Meeting with Ma Ying-jeou and Ma Long! 🏓🌏
Former President Ma Ying-jeou and Olympic table tennis champion Ma Long met at NCCU’s Daxian Library for a discussion on cross-strait relations, sharing insights and fostering dialogue. Canada’s House of Commons just passed a motion clarifying that UN Resolution 2758 does NOT establish China’s sovereignty over Taiwan, affirming support for Taiwan’s global participation! This step is part of Canada’s growing relationship with Taiwan, covering everything from economic and cultural exchanges to education and youth programs.
For Canadian students here, it’s amazing to see the support and stronger ties between our countries. Let’s keep celebrating Canada-Taiwan friendship as we study and explore Taiwan! 🇹🇼❤️
