The forecast said rain, but the morning felt full of light.
The kind of warmth ☀️ that only comes from our mothers gathered together.
This morning was thoughtfully prepared for our dedicated moms — thank you for being the calm, the comfort, the keeper of every little thing, the snack provider, and the biggest cheerleader to our little sunflowers 🌻💕

“I made this!” Three small words, but they say so much.
For our Nursery class, learning begins with hands-on experiences—and often, with a sense of pride in doing. This simple phrase reflects ownership, confidence, and a growing sense of self. Through our theme-based approach, the Ns explore ideas that feel familiar and real, helping them ⭐️connect⭐️ what they learn to their everyday lives.
Over the past month, this album captures moments from our Nursery class as we explored the themes Plants and Life Cycle. The children identified and named parts of plants—stems, leaves, and petals—while building early language and observation skills through crafts, gardening, cooking, and sensory play. Through leaf stamping and creating their own gardens with paper cutting, they also had space for creativity and self-expression. As they care for living things in our backdoor garden, they begin to connect these experiences to the food they eat.
Learning happens through ✨doing✨. And in these small, meaningful moments, confidence grows, independence builds, and each child begins to see what they are capable of.

How do we bridge the gap between a child’s curiosity and their understanding of the world?
We imagine a classroom where learning begins with what our children know—and grows through what they experience. Learning unfolds through doing, making, discussing, and reflecting, all connected through a single theme woven across the day—from circle time and creative expression to science, literacy, and the foundations of numeracy.
Through theme-based exploration, open-ended materials, collaboration, and real-world experiences, learning becomes active, social, and purposeful—where curiosity leads, and understanding follows in ways that are both ☑️relevant and ☑️enduring.
Today, we’re highlighting March learning from our oldest groups. As children grow, so does the way they engage—moving from exploration into ➡️ inquiry, where they think critically, ask questions, make connections, and apply their understanding with intentional teacher guidance.
⭐️Our Ks explored “Cultures of the West.” Children voted on countries to learn about, including places connected to their own backgrounds 🌍 and brought their ideas to life by recreating Belgian landmarks through block building and city design. They explored Italian culture through dance, crafts, pasta-making, and role-play—developing a deeper understanding of identity, community, and how people live around the world.
⭐️Our Ps explored “Plant Growth” 🌿 Through planting, observing, and caring for living things, children built early scientific thinking. Their learning was expressed through crafts, responsibility, and guided discussions, while developing literacy and numeracy through observation, sequencing, and simple data collection. A visit to the local flower market and a farm-to-table borscht soup cooking experience connected learning to real-life experiences.
💙In these two years, learning is experienced with increasing depth. When grounded in ☑️meaningful experiences with an integrated curriculum and intentional guidance, children not only build knowledge—they develop the confidence and curiosity to keep asking “why” and “how” long after the lesson ends.

No two eggs the same, just like the ideas behind them😏
A week of mess, personality, and memories that feel very Easter.
Then the ears went on—and just like that, our bunny squads understood the assignment well.
Overcast skies, scattered eggs, and zero chill once the hunt began!!! 😮💨💨🏃🏻♂️👟🧺🥚🐰

Global citizenship isn’t a classroom lesson here; it’s the air our children breathe. 🍃🏫
Surrounded by diversity early on, our children begin to see difference as a natural part of life—woven into their everyday experiences. By interacting with teachers and peers from a range of backgrounds, they naturally learn to navigate multiple perspectives before they even reach elementary school.
We believe that understanding your place in the world starts with being part of a community that truly reflects it. With families from different nationalities at our school, this early immersion does something powerful for a child’s development. It gradually builds the kind of critical thinking and cognitive flexibility that you just can’t get from a textbook. 🧠✨
This gives our students a head START—not just academically, but in how they see others, understand differences, and prepare for an ever-changing world. ❤️

We see Curiosity 💡 in the way our children lean in, wonder, and show genuine interest in what they are learning.
We see Confidence ⭐️ in how they try, speak up, and begin to take ownership of their creations.
We see Character ❤️ in the way they care—for others, for their environment, and for themselves.
We see Critical Thinking 🧠 in the questions they ask, how they explore, and the way they make sense of what they discover.
We see Creative Expression 🦋 in the many ways they communicate ideas, feelings, and imagination—each in their own unique way, with the freedom to enjoy the process.
We see Connection 🤝 in how they build relationships, understand others, and begin to find their place in the world.
Here are a few moments from our March daily routines—group circle, theme, sensory, and snack time—where these 6️⃣🗝️six pillars of growth (Curiosity, Confidence, Character, Critical Thinking, Creative Expression, and Connection) naturally come to life through our children’s everyday experiences.
These pillars ✨continue✨ to guide and anchor everything we do.⚓️💙
