Skills: Sketch, Design, Musical Composition, Musical Instruments, Photography and Teach English.
I think TTC is a great teaching platform and acts as a bridge to connect teachers and eager students. I've learned major communication skills, presentation skills, lesson planning and time management from this project. I think TTC is ingenious and it has the potential to be a pioneer in spreading the love of Christ through imparting knowledge to others.
I teach a seven-year-old student called Lydia that mainly want to learn the Bible in English. I teach her with Bible stories and explain the vocabulary and meaning to her, also I do some drama to her when she doesn’t understand. I teach her 3 hours per week, one hour on Tuesday and two hours on Wednesday.

我覺得TTC個很棒的組織，還有像是有一座幫忙老師跟學生溝通的橋。我從這個組織學到了溝通的技巧，報告的技巧，課程計劃，還有時間的分配。我覺得TTC是個巧妙，然後它潛在著先鋒來散播從神的愛與知識給別人。
我教一個7歲的小孩，叫Lydia。她主要是想學英語的聖經，我給她上課的時候會講聖經故事。給她解釋故事的意義和新的單詞。有時候他不懂的時候我會給她表演看。我每一星期給她上3個小時，星期二一個小時，星期三兩個小時。

Skills: Teach primary level math for the child.
I think TTC is a great team that they can teach some kids who are in need. TTC’s main point is to share God’s words and learn academic knowledge. We are not only teaching the kids skills but building a relationship with them by Jesus’ love. So we can teach them God’s word and share our experience through some academic lessons to help them have a better life. This is very important for a child who can’t difference right and wrong. When I prepare the lessons for my nine-year-old kid I have to think how can I relate the Bible verse with mathematics. I know I need to ask God to give me wisdom so I can teach and share to my student. TTC is a great team; it can help the student who is in need. The teachers can have more experience for their future life. It helps the students and teachers have stronger relationship with Christ Jesus.
I am teaching a nine-year-old girl called Sophie, which has some problems with her mathematics. Her parents had contact us because they wish that Sophie to learn with a Christian teacher. I teach her about God’s word every lesson. She is very clever even though she is sometimes naughty. Ｉteach her 5 hours a week, one hour per day from Monday to Tuesday.

我覺得TTC是一個很棒的團隊教導那些需要幫助的學生。TTC主要是分享神的話語還有學習一些知識。我們並不只是教導學生技能還有跟他們從甚的愛來建立關係。所以我們從神的話語來教導他們還有跟他們分享我們的學習經驗讓他們有比較好的生活。
這是一個重要讓那些小孩無法分辯對跟錯。當我在準備課程給我的九歲學生的時候，我必須思考數學可以怎麼跟聖經有關聯。我知道我必須問神給我一些知識，所以我可以知道怎麼教導跟分享給我的學生。TTC是個很棒的隊伍，它幫助那些需要幫助的人。老師可以有更多未來的經驗。這幫助了學生跟老師和神有更強的連結。
我在教導一個九歲的女孩叫Sophie，他需要數學的幫助，他的父母有聯繫我們，身為他的父母希望他能有基督的教導。我每次給她上帝的話語。她很聰明，但有時候很調皮。一星期我給他上5個小時，每天一個小時。

David Jiang (江建碩)

Skills: Good at telling stories, rap and photography.
I think TTC is a blessed organization that God created. I am very happy to be in this organization, I will do my best to teach. I’ve learnt a lot in TTC, I had learnt to schedule my time and also to communicate with all the members. I think this is a very good organization and glad to be in it because personally I very like teaching children.
My student is a eleven-year-old girl called Jane. Her parents want her to improve her grammar. Through Bible stories I can teach her grammar and vocabulary. I teach her 2 hours per week, one on Tuesday and the other hour on Friday. She is very quite but she is speaking a little more every time.

得TTC是一個神祝福的組織，我很高興能夠在這個組織裡，我會盡我所能服寺。在這個短短的時間裡我有學到很多，我有學到管理好我的時間還有跟每一位組員的溝通。我覺得這個組織真的很好，還有很高興能這個組織，我個人很喜歡教小孩。
我的學生是一個11歲的女孩叫Jane，她的父母想讓她的英語語法長進，通過聖經故事，我可以教她語法跟新單詞，我每一星期教她兩個小時，週二跟週五各一小時。她是一個很安靜的女孩，但她之後就開始慢慢說話。

TTC’s objectives:
-Learning through a spiritual level
*Meet the bible
*Understand the meaning of God’s word
*How can we change being Christians through God’s word

This organization is a really good opportunity for each of us to serve. We wish that the children will be influenced by us, however we are also learning in this process. We have to consider a lot of things:
1. The communication between the staff.
2. The time schedule.
3. The communication between parents.
4. The topic of each week’s teaching materials

TTC is a small organization, started with only three of us; Fani, Gail and Fiona. A pastor gave us their opportunity of serving XinJiang’s children, the main point of this project is to give the children a Christian faith accompany through teaching. So we started to find the teachers, and we have found three teachers that we think they fit in this organization. Our direction for finding the teachers are; 1. Have a good Christian faith 2. Like children 3. Have the ability to teach. Now we have four different teachers; Felix, Fulton, Fani and David. Felix have six years old student that mainly have to teach English to her. Fulton has a nine-year-old child, that mainly have to teach mathematics. Fani has two students, both 15 years old; mainly have to teach Spanish and English. Gail is responsible of the teaching material; she has to give us the sources of the teaching materials. Fiona is a communicator of the whole organization; she has to keep us united.

1.What do you want to do when you grow up?
People are always asking the same question, but the answer will be different at different times. As for me, I wanted to be a dancer, cause I spent at least five years tolearn ballet. Two years ago, I was still dreaming to be a star. For at that time Korean fad are really popular. People were always talking about the boy or girl thelike. When I was eight grades, I was fascinated on dessert. I wanted to be a baker, and have my own bakery. Now, I think I’ll be a English teacher. I want to teach students who’s second language is English, and I shall ues English to teach them. Therefore, I am preparing for this goal. For the dream to come ture, I should get my highschool diploma first, and then pass the Toefl exam, so that I can go to Taiwan, and start my college lesson.

當你長大的時候你想做什麼？
每個人常常都在問同樣的問題，但是隨著不同的時間答案都會不一樣。像我，過去想當一個舞者，花了5年的時間去學芭蕾。兩年前，我的夢想是當明星。在那時期，韓國的時尚非常有名，人們都在討論他們男女的時尚。當我8年級的時候，我熱忠於甜點。我想當一個糕點師。現在我想當英文老師，所以我去用英文教導那些小孩，來準備這個目標。想要實現夢想。我要先高中畢業，然後通過托福考試，所以我才可以去台灣讀大學。
