打卡完就在等下班
1. I'm going to work. 我要去上班。
2. I'm getting off work. 我要下班了。
3. We are supposed to clock in at 9 a.m. 表定早上九點打卡上班。
4. Clocking-out time is 5:30 p.m. 下班打卡時間為下午五點半。
5. Can't talk right now. I'm on the clock. 現在不方邊說話，我還在上班。
6. I'm off the clock. 我下班了。
7. I work the day/ afternoon/ night shift. = I'm on days/ afternoons/ nights. 我值日／下午／夜班。
8. I'm working/ doing overtime tonight. 我今晚要加班。

一個月我只期待這天
1. Your salary will be wired on the 5th of each calendar month. 你的薪水會在每個月五號匯過去。
2. I got a raise. 我被加薪了！
3. The minimum wage is NTD150 an hour. 每小時基本工資是台幣150元。
4. I’m on piecework. 我是按件計酬。
5. We get a 10% commission on every case we deal. 每個案子我們可以抽10%佣金。
6. Free meals is one of the perks of this job. 供餐是這個工作的福利之一。
7. We can earn some overtime by working after 6. 六點之後的加班可以賺一些加班費。
8. I’m expecting my year-end bonus. 我很期待年終獎金的到來。

休假拜託別打給我
1. I need some time off. 我需要休個假。
2. I’m taking a day off. = I’m taking leave. 我要請一天假。
3. I’d like to ask for 3-day leave. 我想請三天假。
4. I am on annual leave until January 20th. 我休年假到1/20。
5. He just called in sick. 他剛打來請病假。
6. He is off sick today. 他今天請病假。
7. I didn't feel like working, so I threw a sickie. 我請病假，但其實我只是不想上班。
8. He is on a business trip. 他出差了。

茶水間遇到，倒數90秒
1. How’s work? 工作都順利嗎？
2. How’s your week? 這週過得如何？
3. How was your weekend? 週末過得如何？
4. How long have you been here? 你在這工作多久了？
5. What department are you in? 你來自哪個部門？
6. What do you think about the new tables we got? 你覺得新的桌子如何？
7. I like the picture you posted on Facebook the other day. Where was it? 我喜歡那天你在臉書上貼的照片，那是哪裡呀？
8. Did you see that movie/game/show? 你有看那部電影／比賽／節目嗎？

讚美可以折現就好了
1. Well done on the project! 企劃做得很好！
2. Nice job on that presentation. 發表表現得很棒。
3. Keep up the good work. 方向對了，繼續努力吧！
4. Your proposal is well-prepared. 提案準備得很完善。
5. You’re so great to work with. 跟你一起工作真好。
6. You asked good questions. 問題問得好。
7. Tell me what you think. I trust your instincts. 告訴我你的想法，我相信你的直覺。
8. Way to go! 做得好！

不在外商也要懂的關鍵字
1. attach 附上
I’ll attach a template to the email. 我會在郵件中附上範例。
2. budget 預算
This project was allocated a budget of $1 million. 這企劃有100萬贊助的預算。
3. con-call (conference call) 電話會議
The conference call will begin in ten minutes. 再十分鐘開始電話會議。
4. confirm 確認
Please confirm if Sam will be in the office next week. 請幫我確認Sam下週會不會進公司。
5. database 資料庫
You have to enter a password to access the database. 輸入密碼才能進入資料庫。
6. deadline 截止日
Do you think we can finish it before the deadline? 你認為我們能在截止日前完成嗎?
7. evaluate 評估
The current market situation is difficult to evaluate. 當下的市場狀況難以評估。
8. TA (target audience) 目標受眾
Know what your target audience wants. 了解你的目標受眾要什麼。
