I love playing sports! People say I'm very athletic! What about you?

Watching the have been so inspiring 🥰 Which sport did you enjoy watching the most? I was so happy that and was added to the this year for the first time!

Here are some common mistakes and confusion from my students when we talked about sports.

🤔What is the difference between go, play, and do?

▷Go: go + ing on event/exercise
Examples:
• go surfing🏄
• go jogging🏃
• go fishing🎣
• go skateboarding
• go shopping🛍
• go cycling🚴

▶Play: used for competitive sports🏆
Examples:
• play sports🏅⚽🏐🏈
• play tennis🎾

It's ok to challenge yourself! It's ok to make mistakes and get out of your comfort zone.💙

Definitely got out of my comfort zone looking back to 2022. I started coaching surfskating, something I love to do and now have over 300 students. 💕
Hope to inspire more girls to try something new! Be brave!

Even I push myself out of my comfort zone all the time. One of the reasons I fell in love with surfing is that it has changed me and pushed me to be brave and face my fear in the water. I have grown into a stronger person and I am thankful for that. 💪🏾
