As the paper submission deadline is approaching, we warmly invite scholars, researchers, graduate students, and professionals to submit their work and join The 22nd International Conference on Knowledge-Based Economy and Global Management, to be held on October 20–21, 2026.

We are especially honored to welcome our distinguished international delegates from our esteemed sister universities. Their participation means a great deal to us, as our long-standing international partnerships are an important part of our College’s commitment to global academic collaboration and meaningful cross-cultural exchange. We truly value the opportunity to welcome our partner universities to STUST and sincerely look forward to sharing ideas, building connections, and strengthening our academic ties through this conference.

Every year, many Ph.D. students across Taiwan apply for the NSTC Grant for Doctoral Candidates to Write Doctoral Dissertations, one of the nation's most competitive awards for doctoral researchers. This year, we are delighted to congratulate our Ph.D. partner, Rosie, on receiving this prestigious honor. Out of the 105 award recipients, she is the sole recipient from a private university of technology. Rosie has generously shared her journey in the hope of inspiring fellow doctoral students. We believe her experience will encourage future applicants to pursue their academic aspirations with greater confidence❤️.

🎉 賀！恭賀本校商管學院【經營管理博士學位學程】越南籍博士生阮海燕榮獲國家科學及技術委員會（國科會）115年度「獎勵人文與社會科學領域博士候選人撰寫博士論文」，獲頒獎勵金新臺幣48萬元，在 105 位獲獎者中，她是唯一一位來自私立科技大學的獲獎者。

“I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Taiwan’s National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) for awarding me the Doctoral Dissertation Writing Grant for Doctoral Candidates. To me, this grant is not only a significant source of financial support, but also a meaningful recognition and encouragement of my efforts throughout my academic and research journey in Taiwan, giving me further motivation to continue pursuing an academic career.
I could not have achieved this milestone without the invaluable support of those who guided and inspired me along the way.
First, I would like to thank Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST). The faculty and staff not only assisted me with submitting my application, but have also consistently helped me with administrative procedures and other matters throughout my time at STUST.

2026 STUST PhD & GMBA Graduation Tassel Turning Ceremony Video is Here🤩!

2026年6月13日上午，商管學院經營管理博士學位學程與全球經營管理碩士班(GMBA)舉行了一場溫馨而難忘的撥穗典禮，共有38位畢業生參與。商管學院的師長們與來自世界各地（包括臺灣、印尼、越南、奧地利、馬來西亞、印度、柬埔寨、史瓦帝尼及荷蘭等9個國家）超過90位親友賓客，一同見證畢業生邁向人生重要里程碑的榮耀時刻。典禮現場洋溢著歡樂與感動，氣氛熱烈溫馨。

商管學院林靖中院長為畢業生致勉。院長首先獻上恭賀，並提到商管學院看到同學的辛勤付出和努力堅持，感到非常驕傲。期勉同學奮力不懈前進時，請充滿信心追求屬於自己的夢想，商管學院會隨時為同學提供支持。院長誠摯祝福全體畢業生，展翅高飛、鵬程萬里!

商管學院洪崇文副院長致詞時肯定畢業生多年來的努力與堅持，不僅成就學業，更成長為更成熟的人。他期盼同學們帶著所學與校園情誼勇敢迎向未來。

此外，畢業生代表分享畢業感言。這幾年來，同學們經歷了許多高低起伏，也在此過程中不斷成長、茁壯。那些曾經讓他們感到焦慮的壓力，如今已轉化為更堅定的信念，成為人生中最珍貴的養分。畢業生代表也祝福大家，畢業不是終點，而是一段全新旅程的起點，即使前方充滿未知與挑戰，希望我們都能活用所學，以堅定的信念與無畏的勇氣，開創屬於自己的人生道路！

每位畢業生由司儀唱名邀請逐一上台，接受師長的撥穗與眾人的祝福，意味著他們學有所成，即將展翅高飛，迎向更寬廣的未來!

On the morning of June 13, 2026, the Ph.D. Program in Business and Management and the Global Master of Business Administration (GMBA) Program of the College of Business at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology (STUST) held a warm and memorable tassel-turning ceremony. A total of 38 graduates celebrated this important milestone together with faculty members and more than 90 family members and guests from nine countries, including Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Austria, Malaysia, India, Cambodia, Eswatini, and the Netherlands.

Dean Ching-Chung Lin congratulated the graduates and expressed his pride in their hard work, perseverance, and achievements. He encouraged them to pursue their dreams with confidence and assured them that the College of Business would always remain a source of support. Associate Dean Chung-Wen Hung also commended the graduates for their dedication and growth, encouraging them to carry forward the knowledge, friendships, and experiences gained during their studies.

On behalf of the graduating class, the student representatives reflected on the challenges and accomplishments of the past years, sharing that every obstacle had become a valuable lesson that strengthened their determination and resilience. The representative reminded fellow graduates that graduation is not an ending, but the beginning of a new journey filled with opportunities and possibilities.

One of the most touching moments of the ceremony was the tassel-turning ritual. As each graduate was invited to the stage, faculty members conferred their blessings and congratulations, symbolizing the successful completion of their academic journey and the start of an exciting new chapter ahead.

The ceremony was filled with joy, gratitude, and heartfelt emotions, leaving graduates, families, and faculty with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
