又有一份實習圓滿結束啦！
這次要介紹的是實習單位是「中華民國農會台農鮮乳廠」，我們平常喝的鮮乳、優酪乳可能都是台農的喔！

Q：台農鮮乳廠是什麼？
A：台農鮮乳廠是國內瓶裝保久乳最大的加工廠，自1969年來累積數十年專業乳品製造經驗，而且口味多樣、質優味美，再加上農會品質保證，是國內玻璃瓶裝保久乳領導品牌。

除了貼文裡面的實習資訊外，我們也來聽聽Cyril, Jimmy和Jeffery對這份實習的真心話吧！ #真心不騙

🌾Cyril：實際工作後才發現跟學校學的跟實際工作內容存在不小的落差，每一件工作都要從頭開始學，不過有理論當基底確實比較快就可以上手，而且主管也都很有耐心，只要問他們都會很願意給予協助。I realized that the situation in real work had a pretty gap with what we have learned from school, and we had to study everything from over. With theories got from school and assistance from Kind managers, we could get on track fast, and finish our assignments easily.

「經營公司，或者抓自己的會計有沒有偷懶」

🥬Jeffery ：一開始是抱著想要了解產業結構跟公司運營方式的心態來到鮮乳場實習，來到鮮乳場報到的第一天就被安排到了品管課。品管課內部實際運作跟我想像中的不太一樣（我以為會很忙），品管人員日常兩大項工作除了檢驗剛送來的生乳之外就是時常到產線去檢驗已經瓶裝好的鮮乳（物料也在檢驗範圍內）。 #傑佛瑞說自己是薪水小偷
