#弘光科技大學國際餐旅學院 6月9日下午舉辦114學年度學生赴 學業結業授證典禮，15名拿到修業證書的 #餐旅管理系、 #食品科技系 畢業生，每位獲得教育部深耕計畫及學校經費補助近 #60萬元，完成ALMA及米其林級餐廳實習共5個月學習里程，他們說：「去義大利實習是最值得的決定！」這項打造國際餐旅職涯勝利方程式計畫所培育的校友，已有超過5人進入米其林餐廳工作。

弘光科技大學 #食品科技系 舉辦「食光」成果展，食品科技組、烘焙科技組學生盡情展現所學。食品科技組第一名研究出 #可可豆殼茶 的最佳沖泡方式，為台灣種植可可豆的小農提供農業副產品加工利用、增進收入的新方向；烘焙科技組蛋糕項目第一名則是作品「翻轉番茄」，學生用 #番茄、 #打拋豬 做蛋糕捲，呈現鹹甜微酸辣的創新風味，令人驚艷。

󠀠The Department of Food Science and Technology at University held the "Time for Food" achievement exhibition, where students from both the Food Science and Technology Module and the Baking Technology Module fully demonstrated what they have learned. The first-place winner in the Food Science and Technology Module researched the optimal brewing method for cocoa bean husk tea, providing a new direction for small-scale cocoa bean farmers in Taiwan to process and utilize agricultural by-products to increase their income. Meanwhile, the first-place winner in the cake category of the Baking Technology Module was the creation Topsy-Turvy Tomato, in which students used tomatoes and Thai basil minced pork to make a cake roll, presenting an astonishing and innovative flavor that is simultaneously savory, sweet, slightly sour, and spicy.

由於典禮當日校內人潮及車流較多，為了讓大家都能輕鬆抵達會場，請留意以下校內交通管制與動線規劃：

◾️車輛入校須憑通行證
◾️校內速限20公里。
◾️依現場人員引導入校。
◾️前往校內指定停車場停放。

◾️若有特殊車輛進出需求，敬請提前出示相關證明完成登記。
◾️登記完成者，當日得依藍色虛線路線行駛至圖中★位置(H棟毓麟館)。

◾️搭乘計程車前往會場者，依藍色虛線路線行駛至圖中★位置(H棟毓麟館)。

攜手印尼Runata Foundation打造更多跨國學習與升學機會📚✨

印尼 Runata Foundation, Indonesia創辦人Mr.Rudi Pranata Tjoa一行人來本校參訪，感謝校長協助主持簽約儀式及午宴，張副校長協助相關接待與討論會議。

（印尼）為當地具規模之教育集團，旗下擁有國際高中、商業專科大學及廚藝餐旅教育機構，校區分布於雅加達及峇里島。除了其大學端的交換學生與短期培訓相關合作外，因其高中採國際化課程設計，中文課程列為必修，學生具備一定華語基礎，未來有機會銜接本校各學院大學部課程。透過與Runata Foundation合作，可望建立印尼高中至大學之升學管道，拓展本校境外生招生來源。

A delegation led by Mr. Rudi Pranata Tjoa, the founder of the Runata Foundation, Indonesia, visited our university on May 29 and signed a formal cooperation agreement. According to the Office of International Affairs, the Runata Foundation is a prominent educational group in Indonesia, encompassing international high schools, a business college, and culinary and hospitality education institutions, with campuses located in Jakarta and Bali.

In addition to collaborative initiatives regarding university-level student exchanges and short-term training programs, their high schools feature an internationalized curriculum where Chinese language courses are compulsory, ensuring that students possess a foundational proficiency in Mandarin. This background creates promising opportunities for these students to transition into the undergraduate programs across various colleges at our university. This cooperation agreement is expected to establish a smooth academic pathway for Indonesian students from high school to university.

#食品科技系 助理教授賴毓宏、 #餐旅管理系 副教授黃汶達參加 #2026韓國廚藝挑戰盃，賴毓宏榮獲翻糖藝術蛋糕、糖霜餅乾兩面金牌，黃汶達則榮獲糖霜餅乾金牌及和菓子銀牌，兩位老師以細膩工藝與創意美學，在國際舞台展現國際餐旅學院堅強師資實力。

Lai Yu-hung, an Assistant Professor from the Department of Food Science and Technology, and Huang Wen-da, an Associate Professor from the Department of Hospitality Management, participated in the 2026 Korea Culinary Challenge Cup. Professor Lai claimed two gold medals in the Fondant Art Cake and Icing Cookie categories, while Professor Huang won a gold medal in Icing Cookies and a silver medal in Wagashi (Japanese Confectionery). Through meticulous craftsmanship and creative aesthetics, the two faculty members demonstrated the robust teaching capabilities of the College of International Hospitality on the global stage.

懂得運用創意及AI，零繪畫底子也能站上國際舞台！ #弘光科技大學多媒體遊戲發展與應用系 大三學生陳冠聿運用 AI 創作的音樂影片作品《 》，憑藉深刻的機器人與人相戀故事與創新視覺，榮獲 （Global Best Creative Awards） #全球最佳創意獎金獎。此外，指導老師王瑋名也以3D動畫作品《 #檑枷》，榮獲 #紐約電影獎（New York Movie Awards）最佳實驗片，師生雙雙在國際大放異彩。

With a touch of creativity and AI, standing on the international stage is possible even with zero painting background! Chen Guan-yu, a junior student from the Department of Multimedia Game Development and Application at University, created the music video Only utilizing AI. The piece won the Gold Award for Global Best Creative Awards at the 2026 UK GBCA, thanks to its profound story of love between a robot and a human, paired with innovative visuals. Furthermore, the advising professor, Wang Wei-ming, also shined on the international stage, winning Best Experimental Film at the New York Movie Awards with his 3D animated work Lei Jia.

To promote the “USR Leave No Trace Park Project,” a delegation of 21 faculty members and students from the elective course Outdoor Discovery Education recently visited Wende Park in Huatan Township, Changhua County. They teamed up with 12 community participants to host a “Tree Climbing and Nest Box Making” activity. Through crafting eco-friendly traditional toys using recycled paper cups and bringing professional rope techniques into the community to give local children the joy of tree climbing, the event successfully instilled a sustainable “Leave No Trace” lifestyle attitude of “getting close to nature, yet leaving no tracks behind” within the community.
