Damian 與 Sapphire Randall 為未來研習(Future Study)的指導人。Damian具有公共行政學士學位以及托福證書。他曾在英國、印度、中國、泰國及台灣等地區持續教授英語達15年之久。而Sapphire則曾教授英語超過12年。 他們與其狗兒，Thunder，幸福地居住於台灣。

Tristan Moss 是我們合夥學校理事。他具有政治哲學文學碩士學位、成人英語教學證明、成人英語教學學士學位以及教授非英語使用者英語之文學碩士學位。過去15年來他皆在英國、芬蘭、丹麥、瑞典、土耳其等地教授英文與編排英文有關之課程。他同時也是一位熱衷的網球手及爬岩專家。

Jane McLeod在英國掌理公司行政業務，她是具有組織及管理企劃經驗的研究科學專家博士，在大學任教，並曾有段時間在中國教授英語。同時，她是一位母親，閒暇時她鍾情於健走及瑜珈。
