[Post Event Report: Global Health Masterclass 2026]

The Global Health Masterclass 2026, themed “Advocacy in Action: Designing and Delivering Effective Health Advocacy Strategies,” brought together medical students and AMSA members worldwide to strengthen their understanding of health advocacy and transform ideas into meaningful action.

The programme featured engaging sessions, including:
💡 “Advocacy Upgrading Session” exploring the foundations of effective health advocacy and strategies for creating sustainable impact
🌎 “Advocacy Simulation Competition” where participants collaborated to tackle real-world WHO case scenarios and develop comprehensive advocacy strategies

Over two days, 115 participants from different AMSA chapters actively engaged in discussions, teamwork, and presentations, demonstrating critical thinking, leadership, and a shared commitment to advancing global health. Through constructive feedback from our distinguished judges, participants were able to refine their ideas and enhance their confidence in delivering impactful advocacy.

A heartfelt thank you to all participants, judges, speakers, and the Organising Committee for making the Global Health Masterclass 2026 a remarkable success.

Together, we continue turning advocacy into action for a healthier future.
