Conversation topic of the day:

Pizza. Everyone loves it, everyone has his or her own thoughts as to what makes a pizza good.

What are you most concerned about when it comes to pizza? Is a flavourful crust the most important part, or are you someone who values the sauce the most? And what toppings do you prefer? Does pineapple even belong on a pizza? What about shrimp?

For me, sauce is the key, followed by toppings. I don't want a sauce that is too salty, or too sweet. It needs to have balanced, delicate flavours.

Even if you don't share your thoughts, please take a few moments and reflect upon the question at hand. Remember, less theory, more rabbit and pork!
