【東華大學攜手日月光半導體辦理企業參訪與面談 】
打造國際生留臺就業新模式 為促進國際學生畢業後留臺就業，國立東華大學於115年4月27日攜手日月光半導體舉辦企業參訪暨面談活動，由理工學院張意政副院長率隊，國際處助理彼蕾˙比紹、潘郁雯與王國瑛陪同，帶領12名具備一定中文能力之國際應屆畢業生及交換生前往高雄日月光體驗中心參訪，深化學生對臺灣半導體產業之認識，並拓展實際就業機會。
本次活動由日月光半導體人力資源處招募部黃澤洋副理接待，並進行企業簡報，介紹公司發展歷程、全球營運布局與技術優勢。日月光為全球領先之半導體封裝與測試服務提供者，在高效能運算、車用電子及通訊應用等領域具關鍵地位。簡報內容亦涵蓋先進封裝技術發展、智慧製造導入現況，以及企業在永續發展與綠色製造方面之實踐成果，同時說明外籍人才招募政策、職涯發展與員工福利，讓參與學生對企業環境與未來發展有更全面的理解。
活動特別結合企業參訪與現場面談機制，學生得以直接與企業人資及用人單位交流，展現專業能力並即時參與甄選流程。通過面談者後續可銜接畢業即就業之聘用機會，具體實踐參訪即媒合之創新模式。本次活動共有7位學生參與面試，其中3位資訊工程學系學生獲得錄取，現正等待企業正式通知與後續作業，顯示東華大學國際生具備良好就業競爭力，也展現本校推動國際生就業輔導之具體成果。
未來本校將持續深化與企業之合作關係，拓展與具聘用外籍人才意願之產業連結，逐步常態化推動企業參訪、面談、即時媒合之整合模式，強化國際學生留臺發展之支持系統，提升整體就業成效，並持續為臺灣產業培育具國際競爭力之人才。

【NDHU Partners with ASE Technology to Expand Career Opportunities for International Students in Taiwan】
To support international students in pursuing career opportunities in Taiwan after graduation, National D**g Hwa University (NDHU) partnered with ASE Technology Holding on April 27, 2026, to organize a corporate visit and on-site interview event at ASE’s Kaohsiung Experience Center.
The delegation was led by Associate Dean Yi-Cheng Chang of the College of Science and Engineering, accompanied by staff members Pilei Pisho, Yu-Wen Pan, and Joyce Wang from the Office of International Affairs. A total of 12 international graduating and exchange students with Chinese language proficiency participated in the event, gaining valuable insights into Taiwan’s semiconductor industry while exploring potential career paths in Taiwan.
The event was hosted by Deputy Manager Ze-Yang Huang from ASE’s Human Resources Recruitment Division, who introduced the company’s global operations, technological strengths, and development history. As one of the world’s leading semiconductor packaging and testing companies, ASE plays a vital role in high-performance computing, automotive electronics, and communication technologies.
Participants were also introduced to ASE’s advanced packaging technologies, smart manufacturing systems, sustainability initiatives, and green manufacturing practices. In addition, the company shared information regarding international talent recruitment, career development opportunities, and employee benefits, helping students better understand Taiwan’s workplace environment and future career prospects.
To further strengthen university-industry collaboration, the program integrated both a company tour and on-site interviews, allowing students to interact directly with recruiters and hiring managers while demonstrating their professional skills. This innovative “visit-and-match” model provided students with the opportunity to enter the recruitment process immediately following the company visit.
Among the participants, seven students took part in interviews, and three students from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering successfully received job offers and are currently awaiting final confirmation and onboarding procedures. These achievements highlight the strong competitiveness of NDHU’s international students and reflect the university’s ongoing efforts to support international talent retention in Taiwan.
NDHU will continue to strengthen partnerships with companies that actively recruit international talent and further promote integrated models combining company visits, interviews, and direct employment matching. Through these initiatives, the university aims to enhance support systems for international students seeking careers in Taiwan while contributing globally competitive talent to Taiwan’s industries.
