2.招收3歲至5歲之幼兒 這是本校創辦幼稚園的啟示，復承美國路德會婦女會捐助設園基金，於民國六十九年春興建協幼大樓，同年七月奉准立案招生，八月開學，是為『協同幼稚園』之創始。余以秉承基督愛心及『幼吾幼以及人之幼』的博愛精神，推展幼教工作，培育民族幼苗達成國倡導學前教育為目的，藉以榮神益人。
