August 2026 Summer Camp

Hello everyone! This month at Eagle, we are learning about mysteries, detectives, and investigations! Our team of young, aspiring mystery hunters have been learning all about how there are many different types of detectives in the world from police to scientists who use their skills, senses, and inquisitive brains to follow the clues to solve mysteries!

So far in this camp we have learnt how to tell apart different mystery powders, and substances using scientific tests, we have learnt about the bones of the human body, teeth impressions, blood splatters, and how to dust for fingerprints.

Our Eagle investigators have used many tools for solving mysteries such as magnifying glasses, pH indicators, chemical reactants, and most importantly their curious minds!

Here’s to solving many more mysteries!

2026 August Camp ~ Mystery Hunters 謎案追查隊

This week our young detectives learned the language of investigation (suspect, witness, evidence, observe, etc) and then put it to work. Each student made a WANTED poster and learned how to make an accurate description so someone could actually identify them!

This week we explored pushing and pulling forces, magnets, and all six simple machines (ramps, wheels, levers, pulleys, wedges, and screws) all in English. From catapults to tug of war, every lesson was hands on physics and real language practice. Because kids learn best when it looks like play.
