Freedive Taiwan was Taiwan’s first international freediving school, founded in 2018 by Donny Mac, freediving athlete, educator and host of The Freedive Cafe and Freediving Journal Podcasts. We aim to bring the highest level of professionalism to freediving education in Taiwan’s beautiful tropical waters. We run courses, training and workshops all year round on Xiao LiuQiu Island in the south of Taiwan. Our school is located in a quiet corner of the island and our facilities include simple accommodation, a yoga deck, and full gym and workout equipment. From beginner to master level courses and coaching for competitive athletes, we’ve got you covered!
