取自 [印花稅] 的諧音，來自屏東縣三地門鄉安坡村(童? 胤、花、穗分別代表成立初期的三個人。
｢胤｣代表的是｢後嗣｣，｢花穗｣就是｢開花結穗｣，所以｢胤花穗｣指的是｢文化傳承並開花結穗｣的意思。
