二信國中部為了深植科學教育、發展特色，自101年上學期開辦創造發明研究社簡稱(創研社)，分成三個組別發展。
(1)機器人組: 機器人組裝教學，程式撰寫(樂高機器人套件)。
(2)科學機關王組: 利用物理、化學、機械等原理，設計、創造科學關卡並連動，活用科學原理。
(3)青少年發明展組: 啟發創意、激發潛能、全方位加強學生物理、機械、電子、邏輯等觀念。
