高雄一名林同學，今年暑假到住家附近補習班報名學英文，沒想到才上三個禮拜，補習班就撤點，業者還要他到九公里外的左營教室上課，但車程至少40分，比原來多了4倍時間，林同學想要退費，但補習班人員一開始，竟回說依據合約，最多只能退她一半學費。
