每一個學習階段的自己，都值得被記住；每一天和同學們一起成長、為未來努力前進的時光，也值得被珍藏、被接住。

今年，劍橋國際部學生會發起了第一本 Yearbook。

從構思、設計、排版，到印製與發放，都是學生們一點一點親手完成的成果。劍橋國際部學生會幹部與班級代表的串聯，邀請各年級同學共同參與，讓這本紀念冊不只是一本書，而是由每一位劍橋學生們一起完成的「人生作品」。

發放當天，應屆畢業生和學弟妹們翻開同一本 Yearbook，在空白頁上寫下祝福、留下簽名，也留下那些平時來不及說出口的感謝與鼓勵。我們把課堂上的專注、活動中的笑聲、朋友間的陪伴，以及一路走來努力成長的足跡，一頁一頁收藏起來。

多年以後，也許有些事情會慢慢模糊，但當我們再次翻開這本 Yearbook，即使沒有任何文字說明，一張照片、一個名字、一段筆跡，都足以喚醒那段珍貴的回憶 - 那些有笑、有淚、一起成長的日子。

這是劍橋國際部的第一本 Yearbook。記錄的不只是回憶，而是我們在這裡共同走過、一起勇敢成長的故事！

Every stage of our academic journey deserves to be remembered; every day spent growing alongside our peers and striving towards the future deserves to be preserved, acknowledged, and held with care.

This year, the Cambridge Student Council initiated the creation of our very first Yearbook.

From concept development, design, and layout through to printing and distribution, every stage has been thoughtfully and diligently led by students. With the support of all class representatives, students across all year groups were invited to contribute, transforming this Yearbook from a publication into a collective endeavour, created by every member of the Cambridge community.

On distribution day, graduating students and current cohorts came together to open the same Yearbook, leaving messages of encouragement, signatures, and words of gratitude, many of which had long remained unspoken. Within its pages, we have captured moments of academic focus, shared laughter, friendship, and the steady journey of personal growth throughout our time here.

In years to come, memories may naturally fade; yet when this Yearbook is reopened, even without words, a photograph, a name, or a handwritten note will be enough to bring back cherished past days filled with joy, challenge, and shared growth.

This is the first Yearbook of the Cambridge International Programme. It is not merely a record of memories, but a testament to our shared journey and the courage we have shown in growing together!

[母親節小彩蛋 : 把心意留在溫度裡]

母親節前夕，劍橋烘焙社的學生領袖們特別安排了親手烘焙蛋糕的活動，讓同學們把心意放進蛋糕裡，帶回家和家人一起分享，也把平常藏在日常裡那些安靜的「謝謝」，透過分享烘焙的樂趣，好好說給媽媽「聽」。

從決定口味、選擇尺寸，到實際進入製作的步驟，大家都比平常更專注也更細心。每個步驟都多了一點反覆確認、多了一點小心翼翼，像是只要再多用一點心，「愛」就能再多一些、更完整一些。

溫暖的小故事 : 我們的學生中有一對姊妹，各自完成蛋糕後一起討論，最後決定挑出外型最漂亮的一顆送給媽媽。妹妹很大方地說 :「那我的這顆就給大家吃！」大家開心地分享蛋糕，也在過程中多了一點彼此的笑聲與感動。

放學時，看著同學們小心捧著蛋糕，有人走得特別慢，有人仔細確認盒子有沒有沾到奶油。沒有太多話，但每個人的表情都很一致 ; 有點期待、有點緊張，還有一點藏不住的開心。

我們在過程裡慢慢體會到 : 即使愛不一定能被直接或突然地說出口，但它其實一直都在每一次的相處、每一個用心準備的行動裡。

Students at the Cambridge Baking Club took part in a special hands-on cake-making activity, giving them the chance to express their appreciation through baking. Each student was encouraged to put their intention into the process, creating cakes to take home and share with their families. What began as a simple baking session became a meaningful way to show gratitude ahead of Mother’s Day.

From choosing flavours and deciding on cake sizes to working through each stage of preparation, the students showed an impressive level of focus and care. Every step was approached thoughtfully, with frequent checks and close attention to detail. It felt as though the extra effort invested at each stage helped make the final cakes more personal and meaningful.

One particularly touching moment came from a pair of sisters. After finishing their cakes, they discussed which one to give to their mother and eventually chose the more visually refined cake. The younger sister kindly said she would share hers with everyone instead. This simple exchange created a warm atmosphere, as classmates shared the cakes and enjoyed a genuine sense of connection and joy together.

At the end of the day, students left carrying their carefully boxed cakes with noticeable care. Some walked more slowly than usual, while others kept checking their boxes to make sure everything stayed in place. Although few words were spoken, their expressions reflected a mix of anticipation, nervous excitement, and quiet happiness.

Through the experience, students came to realise that love is not always directly expressed. More often, it is found in everyday actions, thoughtful gestures, and the care shown in doing something for someone else.

[溫柔盛開的午後，愛被放進花裡」]

母親節前夕的午後，我們在劍橋國際部第一次體驗插花。

花材繁多，顏色豐富。一開始很直覺地，把自己喜歡的、覺得漂亮的，全放進小小的花盆裡。完成後卻顯得擁擠失序，只好重新修剪與調整。

在反覆排列之間，慢慢理解插花並不是「把喜歡的都放進去」，而是在取捨之後，讓每一個位置都剛好成立。

也在這樣的過程裡，「養育」的感受悄悄浮現。

對媽媽而言，養育或許是長時間裡不斷堆疊的細節與不確定 : 孩子會不會喜歡我的安排? 我的決定是否正確? 這些微小的疑問，構成日常裡反覆的牽掛與拉扯。

原本只是想完成一份送給媽媽的作品，但在調整花材的同時，思考逐漸轉向另一個方向 : 開始在意的不只是好不好看，而是媽媽收到時，是否真的喜歡，而不只是因為來自「孩子的禮物」便被理所當然地接受。

原來媽媽長久以來所做的，其實也是同樣的事。在那些被視為理所當然的日子裡，在無數未被提及的時刻中，不斷做出選擇與調整，把穩定留給家人，把自己放在更後的位置。那些未被放大的細節，構成了生活最安靜的底色。

謝謝媽媽！謝謝那些沒有被言說、卻始終存在的付出與牽掛，讓我們在平凡的日子裡，被安穩地照顧著長大！

On the afternoon before Mother’s Day, students at the Cambridge International Programme tried floral arrangement for the first time.

We started by picking the flowers we liked most and placing them all into a small vase. But it quickly became clear the arrangement felt crowded and unbalanced, so we had to trim, move, and rethink what stayed and what didn’t.

In that process, we realised it isn’t about fitting everything in, it’s about making choices so each element has space to exist properly.

Somehow, that also felt like a quiet reflection of what nurturing can be.

We are immensely proud and delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of all students in the Cambridge International Programme in the 2025 Cambridge IGCSE examinations.

From the outset of their studies to the official examinations, and excluding all scheduled school holidays, our IGCSE programme was completed in under one academic year. This is an exceptionally demanding academic pathway that often requires significantly longer preparation time in most educational settings. Our approach is rarely seen in Taiwan, and equally uncommon even among well-established international schools worldwide.

Throughout this journey, our Cambridge students and parents alike encountered moments of uncertainty and apprehension. Such feelings are natural, given the programme's intensity and ambition. We are deeply grateful that they chose to place their trust in our professional guidance, remaining committed to the process and walking alongside us through what was undoubtedly a challenging yet purposeful path.

With the steady structure, clarity, and dedication provided by our Cambridge teaching team, students remained focused and engaged. [從「試試看」到「我想把它做好」]

兩天一夜，看似短暫，卻在每個瞬間悄悄發生改變。

從一開始的「試試看」，到一次次「我想再試一次」，最後變成「我想把它做好」。在挑戰中學會勇敢，在合作中學會信任，劍橋學生們在彼此的鼓勵裡，慢慢走得更穩、更遠。

一起動手完成一頓晚餐、一起在篝火旁說出感謝，那些看似平凡的片刻，因為有彼此，而變得格外珍貴。

也許會忘記活動的細節，但不會忘記 : 有人相信自己，而自己也選擇不放棄。

真正重要的，是這段旅程留下的改變: 原來我們都可以，比想像中更勇敢一點、更堅持一點，也更願意把每一件事，用心做到最好！

願這份力量，不只停留在這兩天一夜，而是在往後的每一步，都繼續推著我們往前。

A two-day, one-night school field trip may seem brief, yet within every moment, a quiet transformation takes place among our Cambridge students.

From the initial “let’s give it a try”, to repeated “I want to try again”, and finally to “I want to do this well”, growth unfolds step by step. Through challenges, courage is built; through collaboration, trust is strengthened. Cambridge students, encouraged by one another, gradually find their footing and move forward with greater confidence and steadiness.

Preparing a meal together, sharing words of gratitude around a campfire, these seemingly simple moments become profoundly meaningful because they are shared.

We may not remember every detail of the activities, but we will remember this: that someone believed in us, and we chose not to give up.

What truly matters is the change this journey leaves behind. We come to realise that we are capable of being a little braver, a little more persistent, and far more committed to doing each task with care and intention than we ever thought possible.

May this sense of strength not remain only within these two days and one night, but continue to carry us forward in every step that follows.

世界的議題不會停止，但愛與希望同樣能源源不絕。只要我們願意正視現實、付諸行動，就能一步步帶來改變。WKU 台灣劍橋國際部分會舉辦了 「戳出希望」 活動。透過趣味的戳戳樂遊戲，同學們在歡笑與互動中認識新的社會議題，也體驗到所謂的 「失望中的希望」。

戳戳樂帶來的驚喜，有時與期待不同。或許一次就能抽中心中理想的獎品。然而最令人感動的，是WKU成員在遊戲中對同學們的引導與陪伴。當同學戳中喜愛的禮物時，大家歡呼雀躍；而當結果不如預期，成員鼓勵大家放下執念與抱怨，從已獲得的每一份禮物中看見美好。

從挑戰中學會欣賞現有收穫的過程，也映照了劍橋國際教育引導孩子們，面對生活與未來所需要的正向態度。

生活中，許多事情的結果並非我們能完全掌握，但保持正向、耐心觀察，我們依然能從微光中看見希望。付出與努力，都在告訴我們：存在的力量，本身就是希望。

每一次戳出、每一個情緒，都成為理解問題、思考解決方案與付諸行動的練習。劍橋國際部的學生們在遊戲中認識自己、看見世界，也發現自己在其中的力量與關鍵。

The world’s challenges never stop, but love and hope continue to flow endlessly. When we face reality with courage and take deliberate action, we can create meaningful changes, step by step.

The WKU Cambridge Chapter hosted the fundraising activity “Pop for Hope” Through this engaging pop-the-prize game, students not only enjoyed laughter and interaction but also explored pressing social issues, experiencing what it truly means to find hope in the midst of disappointment.

“Pop for Hope” brings excitement, but outcomes are not always what we expect. Sometimes, a student may win their ideal prize on the first attempt. Other times, repeated tries may not go as hoped. Yet the most inspiring moments came from the WKU members guiding and supporting students throughout the game.

When a student won a prize they cherished, everyone celebrated with joy. When results fell short of expectations, members encouraged participants to let go of frustration and recognise the value in what they had already received.

Learning to appreciate what we have, even amid challenges, reflects the philosophy of Cambridge International education: cultivating positive attitudes that empower students to face life and the future with resilience and confidence.

In life, many outcomes are beyond our control. But by staying positive, patient, and observant, we can still notice the glimmers of hope around us. Each effort and every small achievement reminds us that we ourselves are creators of hope.

Every pop, every reaction, became an opportunity to understand problems, think critically, and take meaningful action. Through this activity, our Cambridge students not only learned more about themselves and the world around them, but also discovered the power and responsibility they hold to make a difference.
