Using the Right Methods Matters More Than Anything❗️
✨ A Successful Safety Education Event ✨
The Parent Association once again invited the popular former police officer and influencer, A-Ji, to our school for a special presentation!
Through vivid, real-life examples that resonated with the students, the session was filled with laughter, engagement, and enthusiastic participation. 👏
In a relaxed and interactive atmosphere, the children learned:
💡 When facing danger, stay calm and keep a safe distance.
💡 Look for opportunities to escape and, when necessary, take action to protect yourself.
💡 Use everyday items around you for personal protection.
💡 If someone attempts to choke you, prioritize protecting your airway.
💡 Techniques for breaking free when being restrained (such as prying fingers apart or targeting vulnerable areas to create an opportunity to escape).
By learning these skills, children gain greater awareness and a stronger ability to protect themselves. 💪
May these skills accompany them as they grow,
but may they never need to use them. ❤️

恭賀大榮國際中學劍橋國際專班七年級（CIP7 ）學生 Roxie Weng榮獲 Marianas Pro Taiwan 2026 雙料冠軍

大榮國際中學全體師生欣喜恭賀 CIP7 學生 Roxie 於 2026 年 5 月 31 日參加在台北舉辦的 Marianas Pro Taiwan 國際巴西柔術公開賽，表現傑出，在 Gi（道服）Grey Belt 組別及 No-Gi（無道服）Yellow Belt 組別中雙雙奪得冠軍，榮獲兩面金牌。

Marianas Pro 為由關島主辦的國際巴西柔術巡迴賽事之一，吸引來自亞洲各地優秀選手參賽，具有高度競爭性與國際指標性。Roxie 代表 Catch Jiu Jitsu 參賽，憑藉平日勤奮訓練、堅定意志及卓越技術，在激烈競爭中脫穎而出，展現優異運動家精神與競技實力。

Roxie 的傑出表現不僅為自己贏得榮耀，也為大榮國際中學增添光彩。全校師生同賀這項優異成就，並祝福她在未來的賽事中持續突破自我，再創佳績。

Dah Yung International School Student Wins Double Gold at Marianas Pro Taiwan 2026

Dah Yung International School is proud to congratulate CIP7 (Cambridge International Programme) student Roxie Weng on her outstanding achievement at the Marianas Pro Taiwan 2026 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championship, held in Taipei on May 31, 2026.

Representing Catch Jiu Jitsu, Roxie delivered an exceptional performance, earning two gold medals by winning both the Gi Grey Belt division and the No-Gi Yellow Belt division. Her success reflects the dedication, discipline, and perseverance she has demonstrated through her training and competition experience.

The Marianas Pro is an internationally recognized Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament series organized by Marianas Open in Guam, attracting talented athletes from across Asia and beyond. Competing against strong opponents, Roxie showcased remarkable technical skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the event.

Roxie’s achievement brings great pride to both her family and the Dah Yung International School community. We congratulate her on this remarkable accomplishment and look forward to supporting her continued success in future competitions.

當琴弓遇見劍鋒~大榮劍橋國際雙語學校以音樂與運動培養有能力更有涵養的孩子🎻🤺

國小部弦樂團受邀參與左營高中射擊訓練中心揭牌暨電子靶射擊教室啟用典禮，由弦樂團以悠揚琴聲揭開序幕，展現優異的藝術素養。更令人印象深刻的是，許多在舞台上演奏小提琴的學生，同時也是校內西洋擊劍隊成員，以「一手拉小提琴、一手執西洋劍」的獨特風采，展現文武兼備的學習成果。

孩子們在面對教育局局長及眾多貴賓，自信大方、表現亮眼，獲得現場嘉賓一致讚賞與熱烈掌聲！

音樂與運動並進，品格與專業兼具，這正是大榮孩子最耀眼的模樣。

結合週會讓孩子們了解母親節的由來及各國慶祝方式；加上，運用國語·藝術與人文課程讓孩子們用文字及藝術創作製作花束和卡片，獻給最❤️的媽咪🌹
《活動二》
合唱團於大節下課以活潑輕鬆的方式獻唱「當你的小孩真好」成功吸引大家的目光，現場也和觀眾們一起互動，場面相當歡樂😁

2026 DYIBS Mother’s Day Special Events
《Event 1》
Passing on love to our dearest moms 💕
Through the weekly assembly, students learned about the origins of Mother’s Day and how it is celebrated around the world. In addition, by integrating Mandarin and Arts & Humanities classes, students created bouquets and cards with heartfelt words and artistic designs to present to their beloved moms 🌹
《Event 2》
During the long recess, the choir performed the lively and cheerful song “It’s Wonderful to Be Your Child.” Their energetic performance successfully captured everyone’s attention, and they also interacted with the audience, creating a joyful and heartwarming atmosphere😁

Finally, on this special day, we would like to wish all moms around the world a very Happy Mother’s Day 🥳🎉
