第28屆亞太童軍領袖會議在今日推選亞太區童軍委員會正副主席，由中華民國童軍總會國際委員楊永欽教授正式當選亞太區童軍委員會（Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee）第一副主席！✨

未來三年將與亞太區各國童軍領袖攜手合作，共同推動區域合作、青年領導力培育及高品質童軍活動發展，讓亞太童軍運動在國際舞台上持續發光發熱！💪

Professor Yang Yung-Chin, International Commissioner of the Scouts of China (Taiwan), has been elected First Vice Chairperson of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee (APRSC) — bringing another great international honor to Taiwan! 🇹🇼✨

At the 第28屆亞太童軍領袖會議 28th Asia-Pacific Scout Conference, held today, the new leadership of the Asia-Pacific Regional Scout Committee was elected. Professor Yang officially assumes the position of First Vice Chairperson, marking a proud moment for Scouting in Taiwan on the international stage.

Over the next three years, he will work closely with Scout leaders from across the Scouting in the Asia-Pacific Region to strengthen regional cooperation, promote youth leadership development, and enhance high-quality Scouting programs, ensuring that the Scouting Movement in the Asia-Pacific continues to shine brightly around the world. 💪🌏
