童話城堡英文學習中心在1995年設立在熱鬧的澄和路上（澄和校），我們從剛開始的一棟獨立建築，慢慢拓展到連續三棟建築物互通，並且在2006年的時候，於鳳山市設立第二間分校（文華校）。
童話城堡不只教英文，我們更是利用英文去教孩子更多的東西。獨家選用「Language is Life」的教材，不但可以學到地理、歷史、科學、還有國際文化等等，孩子們更是可以每天應用自己所學，將生活化的英文融會貫通在自己的日常生活當中。從童話城堡學習畢業的學生們包含了國立台灣大學、新竹交通大學、也有在美國伯明罕市阿拉巴馬大學就讀核子醫學的學生。
童話城堡不但是牛津大學出版社（Oxford University Press）教材「Let’s Go」系列叢書試用的特別測試中心，來自英國約克大學的教育研究家凱文瓦特森（Kevin Watson）也特別來到童話城堡交流英文教學心得，並且針對教室學習動力等研究議題，作為最新的ESL教學研究報告。我們在2010年創立一個前所未有的英文社交俱樂部（Club FTE），我們帶著孩子打保齡球、採集向日葵、打躲避球、踢足球、玩西洋棋以及許多可以和俱樂部學生會員 一起參與的社交活動。
2007年，童話城堡在高雄市陽明國中所舉辦的國際嘉年華會（the International Festival）讓我們的學生、家長以及整個社區的居民可以有機會體驗不同國家的美食、運動、音樂、服裝以及文化，像是古希臘、墨西哥、南非、愛爾蘭、德國、加拿大、印度以及日本。這樣有趣又刺激的活動！童話城堡更在近期增設遊學教育部門，在2010年七月，我們更帶領學生到上海，參加國際盛事 ─ 上海世界博覽會！在2011年，我們帶著孩子一同前往位於加拿大「默思可卡」參加當地為期30天的傳統夏令營；我們也在台灣舉行為期一個星期的冬令營以及夏令營。
我們把最大的重點，放在讓學生達到他們最高的潛力。在英文的學習過程當中，我們提供需要協助學生免費的課後輔助以及考前預備課程。來自加拿大、美國、南非以及英國的專業外籍教學團隊，藉由本籍英文老師的支持與鼓勵，來加強以及釐清課程的知識，讓學生可以從童話城堡的課程當中得到最完整的精髓。從「Language is Life」教材當中的音樂一直到專業教學團隊的細心照顧，童話城堡英文學習中心都已經準備好幫助您的孩子規劃更好的未來。
Fairy Tale English Language Center (FTE) has been located on Cheng-he Road, Kaohsiung City since 1995. Cheng-he Branch, the first branch of FTE, started from a single building and expanded in to the two building adjacent. FTE also opened its second branch, the Wen-hua Branch, in Fengshan City in 2006. We do not just teach English but rather use English to teach. FTE exclusively uses “Language is Life” books that teach, history, science and international cultures. Our children apply what they have learned and use that to express what happens in their daily life. Students that have graduate from FTE go on to study in prestigious universities like National Taiwan University, National Chiao Tung University and even the University of Alabama, Birmingham, U.S.A. FTE has partnered on several occasions with others interested in improving the way English is taught to students as a second language. Imran Durrani of FTE to act as a consultant for their popular line of “Let’s Go” English teaching materials. Also Dr. Kevin Watson, doing education for the University of York, U.K., chose FTE to study learning trends in classroom. We have also had the pleasure of taking students bowling, picking sunflowers, playing dodge ball, soccer, chess and many other social activities through the social club for students, Club FTE since 2010. In addition, FTE held an International Festival at Yang Ming Junior High School in Kaohsiung City. Our students and parents had the opportunity to enjoy food, sport, music, clothing and culture from countries like Ancient Greek, Mexico, South Africa, Ireland, Germany, Canada, India and Japan. FTE has also recently opened our Travel and Educational Tours department. We visited Expo 2010 in Shanghai, China to experience one of the world’s biggest events in 2010. We also took students to one of Canada’s most unique natural areas, Muskoka, to enjoy thirty days at a traditional co-ed summer camp in 2011. We also hold one week winter and summer camps in Taiwan. We focus on making our students achieve their greatest potential. We don’t just focus on classroom time: We also offer our students free after-class help and review classes to make sure every student is keeping up with the curriculum. With this remarkable team of English teachers from Canada, U.S.A., South Africa, the U.K. and Taiwan you will not find teachers that take better care of your children.
