以下是學生們訊問課程時，多數會問的問題，因此我們在此統一回答喔。
A. 團體課程費用？
我們的課程收費是NT$400/堂，每堂90分鐘。一週上課 1次，這是讓忙碌的上班族與有心想學好英文的您。
A. How much do the group classes cost?
Our classes are charged at NT$400 per session, with each session lasting 90 minutes. Classes are held once a week. This schedule is designed for busy working professionals who are serious about improving their English.
B. 瑞門英文教室有線上課程嗎？
瑞門英文教室的課程是一套有系統的語音練習與大量口說的課程，目前我們只提供實體課程。想要快速提升英語口說能力，需要大量、密集且專注的對話練習。線上課程的學習通常成效不彰，花了時間看不到效果最後就放棄。瑞門英文只提供實體課程主要是為了確保每個同學的練習量，以及老師現場即時給予口說的回饋，幫助同學快速進步。
B. Does Raymond English Classroom offer online classes?
Raymond English Classroom’s program is a systematic course focused on pronunciation practice and a large amount of speaking. Currently, we only offer in-person classes. To improve English speaking skills quickly, students need a large volume of intensive and focused conversation practice. Online learning is usually less effective — many people spend time but see little progress and eventually give up.
We insist on in-person classes to ensure every student gets enough speaking practice and receives immediate feedback from the teacher, which helps them make rapid progress.
C. 我零基礎，知道的單字很少，完全不敢開口說英文，這樣子能夠來上課嗎？
當然可以！瑞門英文的英語課程有清楚的分級制度，不管你的英語程度到哪裡，都有對應的班級。我們會確保每班同學的程度相似，打造一個讓你可以舒服、自在練習口說的環境。另外我們採用的是母語學習法，因此你不需要會很多單字、文法，就可以成功開口說英語！
C. I’m a complete beginner. I know very few words and I’m too afraid to speak English at all. Can I still join the class?
Absolutely! Raymond English has a clear leveling system. No matter your current English level, we have a suitable class for you. We make sure that students in the same class have similar proficiency levels, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for you to practice speaking.
We also use a native language acquisition method, so you don’t need to know many vocabulary words or grammar rules before you can start speaking English successfully!
D. 我要花多久的時間才能夠真的敢開口說英文？
這會依不同學員的個性、程度狀況而有所不同。在瑞門英文教室，零基礎的同學平均 5 - 8 個月就可以開口說英語。而有一定基礎的同學，平均 2 - 4 個月就可以開始用英語進行日常對話！
D. How long will it take before I really dare to speak English?
It varies depending on each student’s personality and current level.
At Raymond English Classroom, complete beginners usually start speaking English within an average of 5 to 8 months. Students who already have some foundation can typically begin handling daily conversations in English within 2 to 4 months.
E. 我隨時都可以進班上課嗎?
瑞門很在意每一位學生的學習經驗，我們開班數有限，進班時間也是固定的，一班學員也限制在10 -15人。一旦進班，學員就會跟著課程設計，循序漸進地培養出越來越流暢的英文口說能力。
E. Can I join a class at any time?
We care deeply about every student’s learning experience. We have a limited number of classes, fixed enrollment periods, and each class is capped at 10–15 students. Once you join a class, you will follow the structured curriculum and gradually develop smoother and more fluent English speaking skills step by step.
F. 我以前學過英文但最後還是放棄了，這次會不會也一樣？
傳統的學習方式，通常會要求你大量背誦單字、文法，但對於口語的練習非常稀少，這會導致你學了很久英語卻始終說不出口的窘境。這種長期缺乏成就感的情況，放棄是很正常的！
我們的許多學員過往也都有相似的經歷。但是他們在瑞門英文體驗過母語式學習法之後，幾乎都重新開始喜歡上英語，也找回說英語的自信。

F. I studied English before but eventually gave up. Will the same thing happen this time?
Traditional English learning methods usually require you to memorize large amounts of vocabulary and grammar, but provide very little speaking practice. This often results in studying for a long time yet still being unable to speak — which naturally leads to frustration and giving up.
Many of our students had similar experiences in the past. However, after trying our native language acquisition method at Raymond English, almost all of them have fallen in love with English again and regained their confidence in speaking.
That’s why we highly recommend you attend a trial class in person. You’ll see for yourself that this is a completely different environment for learning English!
