料理課程

營養的飲食是擁有健康的身心靈重要的一部分。在這裡你可以學到各種廚房的常識，如何快速地上菜，有效地運用每個器具，省力地整理，做完菜廚房便是乾淨的。
Shine 還會教你挑選品質優的食材，以食材保鮮的小撇步。

❓湯汁沸騰溢出來，到底是要先先鍋蓋還是先關火？？
❓大蒜馬鈴薯地瓜等等發芽，到底可不可以吃？？
❓到底哪一些用具需要用肥皂洗，哪些不用？？
✅在這裡都可以一探究竟

選擇主菜一項/配菜二項。
(香料，菜色都可隨意搭配不一定要和照片上的一樣。)

飲品擇一：四君子湯/冷泡咖啡/仙楂紅棗茶。

製作時間：1-2小時（看各位的吸收和動作快慢）。
完成後大家可在此享用餐點，若想打包菜和飲料，歡迎自備保鮮盒，飲品杯。

Cooking Class

A healthy diet is crucial for a healthy body and mind. Cooking is a kind of meditation.
Here, you can learn to create a meal quickly, use every tool effectively, and clean the space easily, leaving your kitchen tidy after cooking.
Shine will also teach you how to choose good quality groceries, and give tips about keeping ingredients fresh.

❓When liquid is boiling over the pot, shall we open the lid first or turn off the stove first??
❓Can we eat sprouted garlic, sweet potato and potato??
❓Which cooking tools should be washed with soap and which should not??
✅You can figure them all out here.

Choose 1 main dish and 2 side dishes.
(Spices and ingredients can go with your preference, it doesn't have to be exactly the same as in the pictures.)

Choose 1 drink: Sijunzi tang/ cold brew coffee/ hawthorn red date tea.

Prep & cooking time:1-2h ( depends on how fast everyone's action is).
We can enjoy the meal here afterwards.
Welcome to bring Tupperware and other containers if you like to take extra food and drink home.

瑜珈& 筋膜放鬆 小班課程
$500/堂
時段： 星期一& 四 上午10：00-11：40
星期天下午4：00-5：40
每堂課的前一個小時我們會涵蓋靜心，瑜珈體位法和呼吸法，再來10分鐘的大休息（正式的大休息很重要，它幫助我們課堂中產生的能量可以內化到身體中進行該有的修復）。
接下來30分鐘運用按摩球和滾輪做筋膜放鬆和穴道釋壓，搭配冥想，可增進柔軟度&肌力，深層釋放體內的緊繃，強化能量場, 思緒更清晰。

另有一小時瑜珈課程：
星期一&四 下午4：50-5：50
$350/堂

瑜珈並非競技，這裡的課程不著重在誰的體位法做的比較厲害，而是專注在每個徹底的呼吸，心神與所有覺知同在，讓能量在身體裡自由流動，我支持每個人自己進步的節奏。

所有年紀和程度皆可參加。

⭐Yoga+Fascia Release Class

Time:
Mondays & Thursdays 10-11:40am
Sundays 4-5:40pm

Each class we'll start with 1h meditation+ yoga+ breathe work. Take 10 mins shavasana ( proper shavasana is important, so the energy we create during class able to go heal parts of the body), then 30 mins fascia/body pressure points releasing( promote flexibility and release tension) with massage ball and roller. We'll meditate at the same time.
You'll find yourself have clearer mind, stronger & relaxed body, higher frequency & more stable of energy field.


⭐Late afternoon 1h yoga classes:
Mondays & Thursdays 4:50-5:50pm.
$350/per class

Yoga is not competition.
Class here is never about who can bend or twist more. It is all about every breath and aware of all sensations, control the mind fully being present, allow energy flowing freely in the body. I support everyone in their own progress.

All ages and levels are welcome.

Kirk has been learning Chinese with me for 6 years. We've became friends and played numbers of board games.
We worked on the game rules in Chinese this week and this weekend he sold some copies of a game that he invented in Taipei Boardgame Design!

Small Group Beginner's Morning Chinese
Dates: 2024/04/16- 2024/06/14.
Time: Every Tuesday & Friday 10-11:30am
Students: 2-4 people

The class is focusing on pronunciation, tones, practical conversations and activities.
You'll have more chance to interact and speak here, as compared to large school classes.
Field trip to local markets once a month.
