As we kick off the new semester, we were thrilled to gather last Saturday with our ELTAs for a full day of learning, sharing, and hands-on fun! 🙌💛
This time, we were honored to invite Professor Yang from National Kaohsiung Normal University to lead a meaningful session on “Gender Education in Taiwan.”
Professor Yang shared valuable insights, helping everyone gain a deeper understanding of this important topic. It has been a pleasure having such an engaged group, and we hope you learned a lot from the morning workshop. So much great energy in one room!
After an inspiring morning, we headed to Zhen Fang Mullet Roe Tourism Factory. There, our ELTAs toured the factory, learned all about mullet roe, and enjoyed a fun afternoon making mullet roe rice balls and paper crafts. Nothing beats creating something with your own hands while bonding with fellow ELTAs!
