新的學期要開始啦！來看看有什麼重要的時間要注意呢？

◦暑宿生辦理入住後可以繼續住，不用擔心跟一般生開宿的時間落差！

▶莊民大會
◦每個莊都有特殊的規定，來聽聽不吃虧
◦現場宿委直接給你問，聽不懂馬上解惑
◦免費小點心ᐠ( ᑒ )ᐟ

▶人口普查
◦確認你有沒有睡在對的地方，避免未來扣罰時扣錯人！

▶疏散演練
◦逃生路線很重要（花蓮地震很多…）
◦選一個場次參加就好了喔

A new semester is starting! Let’s check out some important dates to remember!
▶ Dorm Opening
◦ A fresh start ˖ ࣪⊹
◦ Summer residents can stay on after move-in without worrying about the gap before the regular semester move-in!
▶ Dorm Meeting
◦ Each dorm has its own rules—come and learn so you won’t miss out.
◦ Ask questions directly to dorm committee members on the spot.
◦ Free snacks ᐠ( ᑒ )ᐟ
▶ Student Census
◦ Make sure you’re in the right room to avoid future penalties being charged to the wrong person!
▶ Disaster Prevention Drills
◦ Knowing the escape routes is important (earthquakes are common in Hualien…).
◦ Just join one session!

【115-1宿委補選 Fill the vacancy for the Student Dormitory Committee.】（English version below）
報名網址：https://forms.gle/mV9JrtjCLz9oU2Nq8
報名期間：即日起至8/20(四) 23：59，以表單回報的時間為準。
報名後會回覆電子郵件，以「電子郵件」作為報名成功的依據。
(如果沒收到請聯絡宿委會粉絲專頁，或再次填表報名)

面試日期：8/24(日)
面試地點：google meet線上面試(將郵寄提供連結)
面試時間會在 8/21(五)12：00 前，以「電子郵件」的方式聯絡報名者。
8/25(二)14：00 前於宿委會粉絲專頁會公布入選的名單，亦會以「電子郵件」聯絡入選者。

補選莊別：擷雲莊、迎曦一莊

報名資格：
(1)欲報名擷雲莊宿委職務者(男女皆可)，須已成功申請115學年擷雲莊床位者始得報名。
(2)欲報名迎曦一莊宿委職務者(限男性)，須已成功申請115學年迎曦一莊床位者或115學年為大學部一年級新生始得報名。
(3)報名者必須曾無宿舍重大違規(進入異性寢室，宿舍區內吸菸，持有及使用麻將設備等)。

宿委福利：若通過宿委面試且通過考核，即可享有退住宿費(含行政院補助金額)及3000元獎勵金之福利。

The Dormitory is：Dormitory 1 (Jie Yun A and B)、Dormitory 5(xing yun A,Male)、Dorm 7A(ying xi A,Male)

★Applicants will be notified the time to interview by email before 8/21(Fri.) 12:00.
Result Announcement: Applicants will be notified by email before 8/25(Tue.) 14:00 23:59
Feel free to sign up.
Welfare：If you pass the dormitory committee interview and pass the assessment, you can enjoy the benefits of refunding the dormitory fee and a bonus of NT3,000.

*Correction: Applications for Master's/Doctoral programs and in-service training programs are processed through the same channels as for Master's/Doctoral programs. The application period is from 12:00 PM on August 3rd to 12:00 PM on August 16th. Please refer to the university's official announcement for detailed information.
