Abstract:
The rapid development of Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence (DL/AI) technologies has brought about a new era in digital healthcare. This lecture will cover AI and DL-based applications in medical diagnostics, introducing recent advances and the impact of big data in healthcare, with a focus on the Medical Image-based Intelligent Diagnosis Solution (MIIDS). MIIDS integrates these technologies for various diseases, including Alzheimer's, cardiac arrhythmias, and more.

Speaker Biography:
Prof. Sunwoo received his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has extensive research experience in system-on-chip architectures, intelligent processing systems, and deep-learning-based medical applications. Currently, he serves as the IEEE CASS President and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the field.

This is a unique opportunity to learn from one of the leading experts in the field of AI and digital healthcare. We highly encourage all students to attend and participate in the discussion.

This esteemed conference will be held at the Guanfu Campus of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, situated conveniently in Hsinchu City, Taiwan. Hsinchu City is mere minutes from the Hsinchu Science Park, renowned as the hub for industry giants such as TSMC and MediaTek.
