申請資格： 一、海外出生連續居留迄今，或最近連續居留海外6年以上，並取得僑居地永 久或長期居留證件之華裔學生。 二、符合「入學專科學校同等學力認證標準」之規定，具高中以上學校畢業或 同等學力。 三、25歲以下。

中文能力要求：

入學具基礎中文溝通及持有華語文能力測驗A2級以上證書或TOCFL A1標準並持有華語文學習時數240小時以上
第一年修業期間須通過華語文能力測驗(TOCFL)A2 基礎級
第 2年修業期間須通過華語文能力測驗(TOCFL) B1 進階級
