最近新聞提到大家較少聽過的「鼻病毒」,引來一陣恐慌的感覺,但我跟大家說,他是老面孔,不是新同學
當我們提到「感冒」,其實最常見的元兇就是「鼻病毒」(Rhinovirus)
鼻病毒就像是「感冒界的派對high咖」,全年無休地活躍著,特別喜歡在秋天和春天的「派對季」搞局
在五歲以下的孩子特別常見。
它分成三個「家族成員」:RV-A、RV-B 和 RV-C。
家族超級龐大,有超過150種不同的「分身」,讓我們免疫系統防不勝防(腸病毒和腺病毒7-80種已經很不得了,它還更多)
鼻病毒的症狀有哪些?
-喉嚨痛
- 鼻塞、流鼻水
- 打噴嚏、咳嗽
- 成人通常不發燒,孩子可能會有發燒。
可能喘鳴(特別是有氣喘或過敏性鼻炎的孩子)。
還可能引發中耳炎、鼻竇炎,或加重氣喘和慢性阻塞性肺病急性發作。遇到氣喘高峰,不可不慎
如何區分鼻病毒、流感病毒、RSV 和腺病毒?
鼻病毒:它是專攻鼻子專家,以鼻部症狀為主(流鼻水、鼻塞),喉嚨痛和咳嗽常見,但成人少發燒。症狀通常在2-3天內達到高峰,7-10天內緩解。
流感病毒:高燒、全身痠痛和頭痛,讓你瞬間覺得被「擊倒」。鼻部症狀不明顯,全身疲倦感強烈。
RSV: 幼兒,狂咳嗽,少數會喘。
腺病毒:咽喉炎和結膜炎,腸胃不適,發燒也很常見,特別是對小朋友來說,病程可能更長更辛苦。
但對於有氣喘或過敏體質的孩子,特別是RV-C類型,可能會引發喘鳴或呼吸困難。高風險族群(如免疫力低下者)也可能出現下呼吸道感染。
所以它不是新同學,它只是平常坐在教室後面,惦惦吃三碗飯、不太說話的那個I人同學而已
