Big goals can feel far away.
Whether itβs reading a book, finishing homework, learning a new skill, or simply getting through a tough day, remember:
You donβt have to do it all at once.
You take it one length, one step, one small effort at a time.
And yesβ¦ youβre allowed to rest along the way π
Progress isnβt about rushing.
Itβs about keeping going.
Small steps.
Steady effort.
Growing confidence.
Thatβs how children learn.
Thatβs how resilience is built.
