QUALITY POLICY

The Academy of Auto Mechanics provides quality programs and services that meet and exceed the expectations of its stakeholders while contributing to the achievement of its mission. The Quality Policy is implemented through the establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System which provides the framework for the organisation’s management systems.

The Academy demonstrates its commitment to quality by:
Establishing clear objectives which are in line with its mission;
Ensuring that these objectives and the quality policy are communicated and understood throughout the organisation; and
By providing the resources necessary to achieve the objectives and effective implementation of the quality management system. The requirements of the Quality Management System are binding for all personnel and no unauthorized alterations or deviations are permitted. The organisation also commits to complying with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The Quality Management System is continually reviewed to ensure its performance and evaluated through regular System Reviews to improve its effectiveness in satisfying the needs and expectations of all stakeholders. The Quality Policy and objectives are reviewed at least annually, to ensure that it continues to be suitable and consistent with the Academy’s mission.

Hands-on history in the making! 🛠️
Our level 2 diploma class just tackled a propeller shaft for the very first time. It looks like a simple metal tube, but it’s actually a brilliant piece of engineering that transfers torque and rotation from the transmission straight to the differential.
From mastering proper alignment to understanding how universal joints handle changing angles and suspension movement, we're taking the theory out of the textbook and putting it right onto the shop floor.
One component down, a lifetime of mechanical expertise to go. 🧑‍🔧⚙️
