On World Human Rights Day, we are reminded that dignity, equality, and justice are rights owed to every person simply because we are human beings. Today, we affirm that no one should live in fear, silence, or oppression. We each have our parts to play in speaking up, standing strong, and defending the rights of all people, especially those whose voices are ignored or dismissed. Human rights do not belong to some but to all of us. It is non-negotiable.

On the 4th November, 2025, the team of Shebiki Wilson, Raiyyah Khan and Judy Winter visited the ASJA Girls College to deliver an interactive session on Human Rights.
Students learned what are human rights, its importance, how it affects them, its sources and categories, and explored global issues.
They also asked a lot of questions throughout the presentation, participated in a Human Rights Class Family Feud activity based on the presentation and received tokens of appreciation.
Their questions, insights and enthusiasm reaffirms the importance of Human Rights awareness in shaping and empowering young minds.
We must also say a special thank you to the school for the warm welcome.
