English as a Second Language Programe- The UWI Centre for Language Learning

Exciting news! 🥳 We’ll be partnering with the Department of Modern Languages and Linguistics () and the EU-Latin America Academic Synergies (EULAS), to host an International Conference and Migration Fair from December 8-11, 2025. Scholars, researchers, community leaders and practitioners in education and migration are invited to submit entries for this Call for Papers.

The event aims to explore innovative practices that promote mutual understanding, participation, and integration of refugees, migrants, children on the move, and displaced people. Through panel discussions, workshops, and a migrant fair, the conference will enhance awareness of the refugee and migrant narrative, the global migration phenomenon, the issues facing Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region, and the right to quality education for all.
