📚✨ Today’s storytime was nothing short of magical! We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming beloved local author Mary Cuffie to our Creative Minds Vacation Camp for a vibrant and unforgettable read-aloud session featuring her charming Lola the Ladybug series. 🐞

From the moment Ms. Cuffie began reading, the campers were hooked — eyes wide, smiles bright, and hands eagerly raised to participate. Her storytelling style was energetic, animated, and beautifully interactive, bringing the pages of Lola the Ladybug to life in the most heartwarming way. 🌈📖

The themes in her stories resonated deeply with our young listeners — from embracing uniqueness to discovering courage and kindness. Every laugh, gasp, and thoughtful question from the campers was a clear sign of how much her stories touched their hearts and sparked their imaginations.

We are so grateful to Ms. Cuffie for sharing not just her books, but her presence, her warmth, and her love for storytelling. Experiences like these remind us why Caribbean voices matter in literature — and how powerful it is for children to see themselves in the stories they read. 🇹🇹❤️

Our brilliant students proudly represented Lucia’s Private School at the National Individual Primary School Chess Championship, hosted by the TTCA at Preysal Secondary School on June 7th & 8th, 2025.
