Ever walked away from an argument thinking, "Maybe I overreacted..."🤔? That’s where self-awareness comes in! Knowing your emotions, triggers, and communication style helps you handle conflict with clarity instead of chaos🕊️.
Ask Yourself❓:
1️⃣ Why am I feeling this way?
2️⃣ Am I reacting or responding?
3️⃣ How can I communicate more effectively?
By recognizing our triggers, checking our emotions, and understanding our role in conflict, we can respond with patience, empathy, and problem-solving instead of frustration🫱🏼🫲🏾.
The more self-aware you are, the better you can manage conflicts with clarity, empathy and confidence🙌🏾!
