Sometimes, going deeper means letting go of the idea of going deep.

Avinash shares his experience reaching 66 feet but the real lesson wasn’t about the number.

Sometimes, the deeper you want to go, the more you need to let go of the pressure to reach a certain depth.

Slow down. Breathe. Be present.

Feel the water around you. Notice your body. Listen to your breath. Become comfortable with the sensations instead of fighting them.

Freediving isn’t only about how deep you can go. It’s about learning to be calm, mindful, and completely present trusting your breath, your body, and the ocean.
