Happy Mother’s Day to the incredible mothers of our Cogni Centre family.

Today we celebrate your strength, patience, sacrifices, and unwavering love. The journey of motherhood is never easy, and for many of you (us, really), the path has required even greater resilience, and commitment. Yet, every single day, you continue to show up for your children with courage and determination.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your children’s journey. Thank you for the countless hours, the sleepless nights, the therapies, the homework, the tears, the celebrations, and the unconditional love you pour into your families.

Please remember that your efforts matter, your children’s progress matters, and you are doing far better than you sometimes give yourselves credit for.

Wishing each of you a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, appreciation, peace, and little moments that remind you just how special you are.

Today we celebrate the fact that there is absolutely no limit to what our kids can do and aspire to be.

Two years ago, this journey began with a vision, a calling, and a deep belief that every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are. What followed was not easy, but it has been purposeful.

In these two years, we’ve faced challenges that tested our strength: limited resources, growing pains, uncertainty, sleepless nights, and moments where giving up felt easier than pressing on. We’ve navigated systems not built for our children, advocated when voices went unheard, and held steady even when the odds felt stacked against us.

But oh, the wins.
The first breakthroughs.
The first words spoken.
The first smiles of confidence.
The moments when a child did something they were once told they never would.

We’ve watched children on the autism spectrum and with diverse learning needs grow, thrive, and shine in ways that remind us daily why this work matters. We’ve built a safe space. A community. A place where difference is not a deficit.

To our parents, thank you for trusting us with your most precious gifts.
To our staff…your patience, love, and dedication are the heartbeat of this academy.
To our children…you are the reason. You always have been.

To my son, my motivation… thank you Papa. You have brought so much joy & purpose to my life. 💙

This January, we are opening a few spaces for children ages 3–12 who need:

💛 Language-rich activities
🖤 Support with behaviour and self-regulation
💛 A place where they are accepted & not judged
