We encouraging you parents because...
People see this photo and think it's just another teaching session.
What they dont see is that one of these children barely spoke when he first joined. Before we can teach confidence and effective communication skills, we create a space where each young participant feels safe enough to express themselves and use their own voice, not a carbon copy of someone else they look up to but their own.
Every session starts with trust.
When a teenager feels heard they become willing to learn. That's the environment your child will walk into on Monday.
That's what "Future Ready Teens" is really about.

School is Out... But Leadership Doesn't Take a Vacation.
Whether your teen is already a recent Graduate, Prefect, Student Council Executive, School Captain, Church Youth Leader, Youth Ambassador, a member of a youth organisation or simply has the potential the vacation can become a turning point.
The young people who gain the greatest advantage this vacation won't necessarily be the ones with the busiest schedule.
They will be the ones who invest in the skills that will serve them long after the vacation ends.

Dear Parent
After 17 years of working with young people, I have realised something... A teenager is like a complete package.
Academics are important, but they are not enough on their own.
Confidence is the packaging, communication is the connection, character is the foundation, leadership is the influence, and passion is the drive.
When all of these come together, that's when young people are prepared not just for exams but for life.

Graduation has finally come, one chapter finished another fast approaching.
Parents, can I ask you a question?
If your teenager had to attend an evaluation, job or University interview tomorrow, would they feel confident introducing themselves?

Parents, can we have a conversation?
Yesterday, I sat on an interview panel and met a young man who was clearly bright, articulate, and passionate about robotics.
Academically, he ticked all the boxes.
But he struggled to connect.
The knowledge was there, but the social skills needed to engage, communicate with confidence, and leave a positive impression were missing.
It reminded me that principals, university panels, employers, and supervisors are all human.
They do not just assess what our children know they notice how they communicate, carry themselves, and build relationships.
As parents, are we preparing our teens only to pass exams, or also to navigate real people, real opportunities, and the real world?
That is why we created "Future Ready Teens (Ages 12–17) a 1 weel experience designed to help young people strengthen confidence, communication, public speaking, leadership, social etiquette, and practical life skills that complement their academic success.
The TT$595 investment isn't simply for five days of activities it's an investment in helping teens become more self-assured, socially aware, and better prepared for interviews, school leadership roles, university life, and future careers.
Being intelligent opens doors, but confidence, character, and connection help our young people thrive once those doors are open.
What skills do you think teenagers need most today, beyond academics?
