Love isn't just spoken—it's proven. ✝️

DISCIPLES, NOT "CONVERTS"

Converts may confess with their mouth, but they cause damage with their actions.
Disciples of Jesus both confess with their mouth, and follow Jesus with their actions.

The goal is to make disciples of Jesus who will love God with all their heart, AND their mind, AND their soul, AND their strength.

A mere convert isn't interested in these things.

It's disciples Jesus commands us to make in Matthew 28:18-20, and it's disciples Jesus expects will lead His church.

A disciple of Christ is a follower of Christ, and a follower of Christ does what Christ would do and obeys what Christ commands.

This isn't without failure. Remember, someone who obeys Christ also obeys Christ's command to repent. The command to repent assumes we will make mistakes, encounter failure, and mess up severely.

But that's the point: the Christian life isn't about not sinning; it's about what you do WHEN you sin.

Be a disciple, make disciples.

In life, it’s important to recognize that not every argument is worth your time or energy. Sometimes, the greatest wisdom lies in stepping back and allowing others to cling to their perspective, even if it’s incorrect. You don’t need to exhaust yourself proving a point to those unwilling to understand.

Peace isn’t found in winning arguments; it’s found in valuing your energy and knowing when to let go. Let them be wrong while you move forward with clarity and calm.
