When you reach out to us, a Registered Nurse takes you through the entire process of getting the right care for your elderly loved one. It starts with a free consultation, where a Registered Nurse conducts a Needs Assessment. Next, we develop, with you and your loved one, a customized plan of care. Then

we make a "comfort match" between your elderly loved one and our Certified Caregiver, making sure they are comfortable with their new caregiver
Once comfortable, our Certified Caregiver delivers professional care with the support of a Registered Nurse through the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators for satisfaction, performance, wellness and peace of mind. QUALITY POLICY

Nice Us Geriatric provides quality elder care services through In-Home Care services and Vocational Training in Geriatric Care. The company has developed its expertise since its establishment in 2016, with management having more than 40 years of combined nursing experience, allowing us to aim to achieve our mission of professionalism and high ethical standards in elder care. Our quality policy is defined and strongly driven by the following objectives -

 Build a mutually trusting relationship with our clients to ensure wellness for our elderly clients, peace of mind for their support system, and job security for the caregiver/candidate.

 Enhance the competency based education and training of candidates and use best practice in vocational training in this region. The Directors, Management and Staff of Nice Us Geriatric are responsible for Quality Control through the Quality Management System seeking improvement by constant review. We are committed to achieve customer satisfaction by the use of quality procedures under the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM)

Balance paid at $1000 a month x 3 months
